“Parking was great. Right outside hotel and well lit. Reception staff excellent. Friendly professional and very informative. Good conversation amd friendly. Room was comfortable although a bit tired and in need of renovation. Taps were difficult to turn off but managed it. Highly recommended this hotel and staff.”

“Check-in was very quick. Parking is just behind the hotel in a city car park. Our first room Moreton was awfully small/narrow for two people. We couldn’t leave a suitcase open, because it was impossible to pass. The bed was also old and we were both rolling towards the middle. Luckily for us staff Simon offered us to change room when he heard me complaining of my bad back. Simon upgraded us to Acton Trussel which was totally different. Big and comfortable bed.
