"Overall, I had a very good stay. Most of the staff were super nice and welcoming, especially the Italian girl who works in the mornings. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was lovely and really stood out. The Wi-Fi was okay, and breakfast was also good, although I think it could be improved a little. Since there aren’t that many options in the buffet, having something simple like eggs would make a big difference and give guests a bit more variety. I stayed in one of the capsules, and my main issue was the ventilation. The capsules are supposed to have silent ventilation, and there was some airflow, but personally I could barely feel it. After a while, it could get quite stuffy inside the capsule, and I would have really appreciated stronger or more effective ventilation. Had I known beforehand, I probably would have brought a small fan with me. You can leave the capsule more open to get some extra airflow, but then you lose quite a bit of privacy. As a woman staying in a mixed room with quite a few men, I didn’t always feel comfortable sleeping with the capsule very open. I think either having stronger ventilation inside each capsule or adding an extra curtain would be a great improvement. That way, you could leave the capsule more open when you need extra airflow while still having some privacy. Apart from that, I had a very good experience. The staff were great, and with a couple of small improvements, the stay would have been better."
