Step up into the Aermotor Loft. This 1200 sq ft Loft sits in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas and gives nod to Aermotor Windmills. You are on one of the best streets in town - San Antonio Street. Walk 100 yards towards Main Street and you will be in the center of everything in town. It is close to Hondo's, Crossroads, the Pioneer Museum, and more. As you walk up the drive, you will see an iconic windmill at the Pioneer Museum across the street. You will love how light, airy, clean, private, and convenient this Loft is to everything while still being in a quiet upscale neighborhood.

-King Bedroom Suite with a king bed with Tempur-pedic style mattress and Smart TV with Hulu LIVE

-Chef's Kitchen has stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher). You also have a blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, Keurig & traditional coffee makers and more for cooking

The Loft is 1 of 3 private cottages on this property. Note: These are three self-contained private units. All are super private and high end.

Walk 100 yds towards Main Street and you will be in the center of Fredericksburg, TX. House is completely walkable to everything in town.

Great Location, quiet stay

The location was great, property was clean, nice, and comfortable. The check in process was easy but had trouble finding the property which was located behind the main house. It was nice, quiet, and clean once we found the place. Couldn’t figure out the WiFi at first but we contacted the property manager who answered and responded immediately. It was very cool and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat but it’s okay bc I would rather be cold than hot any day. The hot water doesn’t stay hot for long but the extremely large shower made up for the lack of hot water. Wished there was a restroom downstairs but for 2 people it was okay. I did appreciate that we didn’t have to strip the beds, take out the trash, or anything else. I would stay again.

Lovely Getaway

Everything was nice and the location was great. It’s very quiet and convenient for walking to Main Street. It was a perfect spot for us.It is attached to another home at what I assume is the laundry room because we did hear a lot of dryer noise and buzzing. We had issues with the tv’s and both remotes as well as the ceiling fan remotes. We were out a lot, so it wasn’t too big of a deal for us. Both tv remotes are in rough shape.Thank you for a nice place to stay. Hoping we’ll be back again sometime.

Wonderful place, perfect get-away

This was a perfect place for a couple to discover Fredericksburg. Close to everything but far enough away to not be close to any traffic. The house had everything we needed, was easy to find and a real gem. Communication with the host was great leading up to check-in and we never had a need to reach out after. LOVED not having a list of checkout procedures, so wasy, would definitely rent again.

Cozy, Storage, Carport w/electrical outlet, Thoughtful Setup

This is one of those places that makes you feel comfortable right from arrival. First, as an Electric Vehicle owner, the covered parking spot and electrical outlet, meant we were always ready to go each morning. The unit has a downstairs combined living and kitchen area with choice of Keurig, or brew coffee pots. That is rare. Additionally, the home was well-appointed and cozy. Upstairs is a large king bedroom with walkthrough closet to the large bathroom and shower. The location was perfect for our access to Main St, or other roads in and out of the downtown area. Most of our stay included vineyard, and distillery visits, and golf. Several restaurants were within walking distance, or a short ride, making this a must-stay place for us on future trips to Fredericksburg. If you don't like stairs, book one of the other two units. For us, the private parking carport was ideal. Thanks for the hospitality and hope to stay again on our next visit.

Perfect for walking

This cute loft provided everything we needed. It was a very easy walk to all locations and events we were there to do, which is a huge plus. Being fully stocked helped, because we did go grocery shopping and cook a couple of meals. Great communication with the property manager as well. I recommend!
