The Space:
Experience a unique combination of history and luxury at this one-bedroom Fredericksburg cottage, nestled in the heart of Texas. Each of the eight cabins on the property is named after the Blacksmith children, and The Bianca is one of the most charming. Inside, you'll find a cozy stone fireplace and a flatscreen TV, along with free WiFi for added convenience. The kitchenette, though small, is well-appointed with wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave.
The cottage accommodates two guests in a comfortable king-size bed adorned with down comforters and luxurious linens. The one full bathroom offers bath product essentials with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. Outside, you can unwind on your patio in the serene garden setting. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, heating, and on-site parking.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to The Bianca cottage and the surrounding landscape of the Blacksmith Quarters property. Please mindful of other guests that may be occupying the neighboring cottages on site. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
To elevate your stay, we’re pleased to offer a complimentary wine tasting experience in partnership with Coordinates Winery. A custom tasting card will be placed in your unit upon arrival. Simply present it at the winery to enjoy a curated selection of fine wines. It’s a refined introduction to the region’s rich flavors and hospitality.

- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- Please do not put any extra bubbles or additives into the hot tubs.
- Please cover the hot tub after each use.
- Do not light the Fireplaces by the switch located inside the fireplace.
- The switch by the bed is the only method to be used to light the fireplace.
- Kindly be aware that this is a shared vacation complex where we offer one parking spot for each bedroom.
- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins in the parking area.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
