This newly built, contemporary 1 bed/1 bath condo is a casual, comfortable, and convenient retreat just a couple minutes from the heart of Main Street! You'll be in your own little world with a romantically lit bedroom with a luxurious king bed and fireplace. Unwind in the living room area with the fireplace and smart TV, and whip up a favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the hot tub on the private fenced patio! Don't forget to bring the wine! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

Beautiful brand new condo with hot tub and full kitchen, plus a Keurig coffee maker when you want to stay in. Sleeps 4; master bedroom has a king bed and Living room has a queen sleeper sofa



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It’s a cozy quiet getaway. Check-in was quick and easy. The apartment was very clean. We were super close to main, so if you like walking it’s only a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Home is not within walking distance to downtown but that was not an issue for us. A few minor issues: kitchen is minimally equipped. The basic amenities are there but nothing more. There is no drawer storage for clothes in the bedroom. Jets were not working in half of the hot tub. Bathroom is lacking in towel bars. Like I said, minor issues. We would recommend Eagle Street Retreat and will likely book here again.

Unit was nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had at any VRBO that we have stayed in!Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Favorites - Granite House (dinner), Sunset’s (breakfast), Cultures (sports bar).

We had the best long weekend here. The location was perfect. Close to main but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the patio area and hot tub. We will definitely return.

Lovely property

There are times that your rental looks one way in the photos and very different in person. This happened at this property in the best way possible. The unit was lovely and well stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay. Fredericksburg is a wonderful town to visit and this property is close to all of the local attractions.

Nice property

Nice property and easy to get to. The inly disappointment we had was that it was not decorative festive. We travel the time of year to Fredericksburg to enjoy all the holiday festivities. The fact that other connected locations were decorated and ours wasnt really pointed out that fact. Made it a little less fun and festive for the season. Outside of that everything else was great.

Darling place

We loved this little house! It was perfect for the two of us. We very much enjoyed the fire pit!! It is a perfect location, just far enough to be out of all the business but close enough to everything. The pictures don’t really do it justice!! We had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately!! We will definitely return next time!

Good for the location

The pictures look great but is much smaller and much less to the “amenities” you get. Basically a hotel room with a small hot tub and a back porch. With the extra fees, it’s an ok stay - very good for the location.

Place was overall great. Few minor notes, dirty washcloth left over from previous guest, melted citronella candle in back leaving it challenging to enjouly hot tub at night, need hooks for towels, and no washing machine fluid or pods.

Nice getaway

My husband and I needed a getaway for a few days and this condo fit the bill. It was a clean, comfortable and quiet place, located near both downtown shopping and the 290 winery corridor. We will remember this place if we get another chance to visit Fredericksburg.

Overall, we really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe (not that Fredericksburg is a dangerous place, lol). The hot tub was great and the outdoor patio area was huge with many seating options. I would stay here again.

Eclipse at Eagle Street

My wife and I stayed at the Eagle Street Retreat for 2 nights over the Total Eclipse weekend. Although the apartment was not ready a check-in time, the contact person with Heavenly Hosts apologized for the inconvenience and told us the cleaning crew was in their way. They arrived shortly after, also apologizing, but left some 45 minutes later leaving the unit spotless, which made my wife happy. And the manager refunded the cleaning fee. The unit was great in all aspects, including the nice hot tub in the back patio, and also provided the fire wood that we used at the fire pit. And despite the cloud coverage, we were able to relax in front of the unit Monday, watching the Total Eclipse and screaming each time there was an opening in the sky that allowed us the best view of the eclipse and the greatest feeling when darkness occurred!
