This is a newer property and is a short drive to wineries and downtown Fredericksburg. Very clean with comfortable beds and great sized rooms. We didn't stay inside much but there are no TVs in the two bedrooms so if you want to watch something while lying down, you will have to stream on your personal device. There is only one AC unit, which is fine but it may need some balancing because upstairs got very warm while downstairs was like being outside in the cold and we could not find one extra blanket anywhere in the home.

Family Retreat

Our trip to Fredericksburg was great. Vacation rental was in an ideal location to access all the Main Street restaurants and vineyards. Beautiful decor and very clean.

Get away home in Fredericksburg

we enjoyed our stay at this home immensely. Check in was easy. The home was very clean. Beautifully designed with comfortable living room furniture. Kitchen set up was very nice and cheerful. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Nest thermostat however was difficult to adjust. Also this place is just off a major highway into town which made for road noise. I recommend a chair in each bedroom to sit on and a chest for storing clothes. Area around Vrbo had a beautiful landscape.

Great stay

Really beautiful property for a quick and long stay at Fredericksburg! Great ammenitties and great location. Far enough for some peace but close enough to hop into downtown. Only thing to be caution is of road noise if you are a sensitive sleeper, but my group had no problem and really enjoyed our time! Would definitely book again on our next visit!

Girls trip

Visited Fredericksburg for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration and my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday. This location pulled right up on Apple and Google Maps so easy to find if you are driving in or use a ride share during your trip. It’s located off a very busy road so I would recommend to bring ear plugs. We stayed in the first cabin nearest the road. Parking for this cabin was directly in front of the door. The property outside and inside was very well maintained. We loved the decor. The only issue we had was it appeared that the dishwasher was loaded prior but not ran and then dirty dishes were removed and placed back on the shelf. The shelf that the dishes were located on was also very dusty. Other than that, the property was very clean. I would recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

The home was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was outstanding. Check in process was simple. We really enjoyed the patio. Beds were comfortable. The showers were great. We would rent this place again. Parking is awkward. We drive a truck and had parking spaces 1 and 2. If there had been a vehicle in parking spots 3 and 4 it would have been difficult to get out of ours. But there wasn't one parked there so we could get out with ease. The traffic noise in the morning is a little loud but nothing that bothered our stay. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to hang some pictures or curtains, the house echo's.

Awesome time at edge of main!

What a great trip. We stayed at edge of main 1 and had a great time. Property is new and very well cared for. Excellent location right in the outskirts of Fredericksburg with city and wineries easily accessible. The owner Steve is a great guy and was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here for next trip.
