Fulton House is a beautifully decorated 1950's rock cottage only blocks from some of Fredericksburg's hot spots such as Hondo's on Main, Old German Bakery, and Crossroads. Two bedrooms both with king beds will sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. If you prefer to dine in during your stay there is a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. After a fun filled day exploring Fredericksburg, come back to Fulton House and relax around the outdoor firepit (wood not provided) with the wine you picked up at your favorite winery! Book Now and start planning your relaxing vacation to the Texas Hill Country!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Cute but HOT

This property was adorable inside and very clean. However the neighbors not so nice and clean, the photos were a bit misleading for that and I wouldn’t really consider this walking distance to Main Street.The real issue we had with the home was the air conditioning. It was end of May and around 100 degrees out. The AC just cannot keep up. It was so warm we left a night early because even after purchasing our own fans for the room, the house just wasn’t comfortable. I reached out to the property management the next day and have received no response. Again, cute and clean home but wouldn’t recommend for a summer stay.

Infinity stars!

The Fulton House is probably my favorite vacation rental property I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for a relaxing girls’ weekend with my aunt. Each room was adorably decorated, and it was very warm and welcoming. The house was super clean, the beds were sooo comfortable, and it was stocked with all the essentials and a few extras. The location was also perfect and close to Main St. I would most definitely stay here again!

Fun at First, Then Bed Bugs! Ugh

My friend and I initially were blown away with the cuteness of this property, but then my friend developed a rash and sever itching. After our four days, she got checked out at an urgent care and was given a steroid shot and topical cream. Tests were run, and she was told she had bed bugs. Yuck!! The only place she could have gotten them was the back bedroom as I did not have any issues. When she found out, she called me, and I then called the property management company, I still have not heard anything back from them which is disappointing to say the least. I have used VRBO for years, and I have never experienced anything like this.

Everything with our stay was high quality. Aside from the bathtub needing a little work (it was stained) all amenities were what we needed and more. The cell phone chargers were a nice touch. Also appreciated having TV’s in the bedrooms.

Lovely cottage close to downtown activity!

Everything was clean. We stayed for five days (4 nights). Our hope was to cook and spend time relaxing. While we did relax, cooking was not simple at this cottage. Sparse hot water in kitchen. Only one hand towel and no dish cloths. Also very minimal cookware and utensils. Living room furniture it not the most comfy for a 5 day stay. But overall it was a nice place.

Fulton house was an amazing experience

We stayed for Oktoberfest. Had a wonderful time!!! Easy check in and check out. Home is beautifully decorated and COZY You have to share the bathroom but isn’t a huge deal. 10 min walk to Main Street - very pleasant Will stay here again!!

Great girls trip

The house was precious and so comfortable. Loved our stay and would come back again. The suggestion I have is the have the tub cleaned. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned well nor the soap holder area had some mold. We took showers but the tub was in need of cleaning.
