Grandma's Haus - 2 bedroom 1 bath close to Main Street. Pet Friendly w big yard!

Lovely 2 bedroom home with front and rear porches and close access to main street. Featuring whole home AC, Wireless Internet, Amazon Firesticks' for TV and washer and dryer. Fully fenced back yard and pet friendly!

Fully stocked with most everything you could ever need during your stay.

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

1. No parties or events allowed.

2. No smoking allowed inside. 

3. No pets over 50 lbs. allowed. (We apologize for the weight limit. We’re pet people too but want to protect Grandma’s new flooring)

4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

5. No unregistered guests allowed. 

7. Please respect the noise curfew. (The city of Fredericksburg limits loud noises after 10 pm)

8. Please turn off the AC when you go out.

9. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.

11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

13. Please do your dishes.

14. Please take the trash out before you leave.

15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Our stay was so relaxing! The bed was wonderfully comfortable, great back yard for our fur babies and we enjoyed our morning coffee. Our host was excellent and kept checkin and checkout very easy. It was a great place to stay! We’d definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home

Clean, comfortable, cozy and well furnished home. Conveniently located. The home is very accessible for seniors. No steps and inside is roomy. The owners have thought of all the little extras. It was a very pleasant stay.

First experience

What a wonderful first experience with VRBO. Grandma's Haus did not disappoint. What a beautiful tribute to "Grandma". Everything was there that we needed for our girls trip. Host was very responsive when I had issues with lock box. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay with Fur Babies

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have fur babies traveling with you. The back yard is fenced and VERY LARGE. The location is a 3 minute drive from Main Street. All of the appliances were excellent. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, powdered creamer, sweeteners, etc. The smart television was wonderful and the internet was super fast. The furniture is older and truly in the style of "grandma's house". I would definitely stay here again.

My Stay in Fredericksburg

This property is a short drive to down town. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic. We enjoyed our stay. The backyard is huge and our animals enjoyed the run. The property is dressed with adorable farm attire. We appreciate the owner’s communication with us. The response time was quick and always friendly. We would recommend this property to anyone needing somewhere to stay while visiting the area.

Pet friendly with huge yard!

We had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The huge fenced in backyard was perfect for the dog. I strongly recommend this place as it was very close to Main Street and if your traveling with your pet.
