Such a beautiful home with many amenities. Loved shopping on Main St. Didn't make it to a Vineyard but definitely will next time. The Oktoberfest at Marketplatz was so much fun! Very quick responses from our host!

Quick drive to everything around town. House was clean, looked like pictures and beds were comfortable. Would recommend. Only downside is in this neighborhood parking spaces are small, trucks need to park in overflow area.

Good location

Everything you need is here. 15 min walk to downtown. All the basics provided in the unit. We were pleased. Only issue was code that VRBO sent us to enter door didn’t work and we had to call the owner. They were great and they have us one that did. It was not their fault, VRBO confirmed a different code with them. Suggest when you get the code emailed that you then email with the Host to confirm the code is correct until this gets worked out.

Girls' Weekend

This was the most perfect place for us to stay on our long weekend!! It was such a cute and spacious place for a group of 5 women. The beds are super comfortable, and quite a few naps happened on those beds after our adventures on main street! 10/10! We will be back and we will stay here again!

Great Girls trip

Great home for girl’s getaway!

There was just three of us girls and this house was perfect! Would also be good for couples. So cozy and inviting. Close to downtown. We all had our own beds. Furnishings were comfortable!! House was clean. Kitchen was amply stocked (thanks for having ziploc bags)!!! Will definitely be back!

Solar Eclipse

The property was perfect for our eclipse viewing. The cloudy skies even parted so we could see the totality. From the listing I thought that it was 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. So, we didn’t include another couple to join us, but there was another king size bed in the loft area so we could have had another couple stay with us…we just would had to share one of the bathrooms. It’s close to the main part of Fredericksburg and a lovely place to stay.

Perfect Getaway!

My daughter, two grandbabies and I stayed here for a little Christmas shopping and holiday atmosphere. The house was just as described and fit our needs perfectly. We had enough room for our personal space and a large kitchen and den for our family time! We prepared breakfasts and dinners at our rental and enjoyed them at the large kitchen table. We also had dance parties with the babies thanks to Alexa! A fun and memorable trip!

Quiet and comfortable

Diane was prompt in communication and the home was cozy and comfortable for two couples and also had a spare king bed so could easily work for three couples. Beds were comfortable, location was walkable to restaurants and Main Street. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Walkable to on off winery shuttle as well. We now have a go to for our stay in Fredericksburg. Thank you Diane!!!

Sister trip!

Lovely home. Very cozy, had every thing we needed. Close to all the places we enjoy going to. It would have been nice if the front door had a handrail. Also, be aware a full size suv will not fit in the garage. It was okay for us as there was a spot we could park. Really very, very nice back yard too.
