With 2 king beds, master and guest bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, outdoor patio and more. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and all that Fredericksburg has to offer. This fabulous property provides a serene atmosphere and modern amenities that make this a great place to call home base while you're away. We had a wonderful stay! We only had a couple of issues while we were there. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and then we couldn’t ever get the hot water to come on in the kitchen. We never said anything to the owners because we didn’t feel like it was a big enough deal to bother them with it. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome place! We so enjoyed our stay here and Philip, our host was so helpful and kind. We stayed here with our friends, so we could be close to Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course and enjoy the town of Fredericksburg. We have all agreed that we would love to come back and stay here again! We had a very nice time visiting Fredericksburg. Our townhome was not walking distance to Main Street as we had hoped. You are able to walk through neighborhoods, which we love to do in a new town, but there were not any sidewalks until you got to the downtown area. Therefore, we were walking in the road which was a disappointment.Other than that our townhome was perfect in size for 2 adult couples.
