The Space:

Rabbithole is the kind of place that makes you forget you had plans.



Inside, the living room is anchored by supple leather furniture, a sleek electric fireplace, and a large Smart TV — comfortable without trying too hard. The gourmet kitchen is equally well-equipped: stainless steel appliances, a generous center island that doubles as a casual dining bar, and enough counter space to actually cook. Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms sleep up to seven — two king suites and a twin room that works perfectly for kids, a third couple, or overflow guests.



Outside is where Rabbithole earns its reputation. Your private patio wraps around a bubbling hot tub, a crackling gas firepit, and a fully outfitted outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, gas burners, sink, and prep space. The al fresco dining area seats the whole group under open Hill Country sky. Evenings out here — wine in hand, stars overhead — are the kind you talk about after you get home.



And when you're ready to venture beyond the patio, Arch Ray Resort's amenity complex is steps away: Arch Ray Winery, 1894 Farm-to-Table Restaurant, Paul Bee Distillery, Ogle Brewery, a live music amphitheater, and direct access to the Pedernales River. It's all included with your stay.

Arch Ray Resort sits on 72 acres of working Hill Country land along the Pedernales River — deer and wild turkey wander the property, and the pace of life genuinely slows down the moment you arrive. You're in a quiet, private setting while being less than five minutes from the Main Street action in Fredericksburg: world-class dining, boutique shopping, tasting rooms, and galleries.





Fredericksburg is the heart of Texas Wine Country, with more than 50 wineries and tasting rooms within a short drive. Local favorites include Becker Vineyards, William Chris Wines, and Pedernales Cellars. The National Museum of the Pacific War, Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, and Wildseed Farms are all within 30 minutes. Whether you're here to explore or to do absolutely nothing, the Hill Country delivers.



Getting Around:

A car is your best friend in the Hill Country — and free parking is available right on the property. Downtown Fredericksburg is a five-minute drive, and most wineries, parks, and attractions are within 15–45 minutes. Uber and Lyft are available but limited in this area, so we recommend driving or arranging a designated driver if you plan to visit multiple tasting rooms. The Arch Ray amenity complex is walkable from the home — no car needed to enjoy dinner, drinks, or live music on the resort grounds.

A few practical notes to make your arrival seamless:



Check-in is fully self-guided via smart lock — your unique access code will be delivered before arrival, no coordination required.



Resort amenities — including the winery, restaurant, brewery, distillery, amphitheater, and river access — are included with your stay and operate on their own posted hours. We recommend checking schedules in advance, especially for live music nights and dinner reservations on weekends.



Arch Ray Guest Portal: Prior to check-in, you'll complete a quick, secure onboarding through our custom Arch Ray application. This includes ID verification, signing our rental terms and conditions, and a refundable $1,000 security deposit held on your card for the duration of your stay and released promptly after checkout.



Damage Protection: Through our application we offer an optional non-refundable damage waiver for $49, providing $5,000 in accidental damage protection for your stay. This is a great way to travel with peace of mind — especially handy for groups.



Parking: Street parking is prohibited and may result in a fine. Any fines incurred by the property owner due to guest street parking will be charged to the guest
