Enjoy the large and comfortable leather sofa around the 56” Smart TV with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is separated by one of the original rock-walls from the late 1800's. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:

- This property is pet friendly. A $45 per pet/per night fee + taxes, limited to 45 lbs. weight limit and 2 pets MAX. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- Not Suitable for children/infants, must be 12 and older.



- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



- Stair Disclaimer: Please note that there are stairs inside the home and they are a bit steep, specifically leading up to the 3rd bedroom equipped with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Exercise caution, as this feature may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical/physical conditions.



- Note: This house is historic and features vintage elements. Please be gentle and considerate while staying in the property.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
