BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:

- This property is pet-friendly. Pet fee is $75/per pet + taxes/fees with 2 pets MAX and 45 lb weight limit per pet. This is not automatically included in your total, it's applied after the booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- This property is suitable for children ages 2 and up



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



- Hot tub Cover Damage Responsibility Notice: The hot tub cover and clips are fragile and expensive to replace.

If the cover, straps, or clips are broken, torn, bent, or damaged in any manner during your stay, the guest will be responsible for repair or full replacement costs. We appreciate your care in helping us keep the hot tub in great condition for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!
