Wonderful House for a Getaway

This house was perfect for the 3 of us to have a getaway before college started back up. It was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. And the backyard with the pool was fantastic! We would do some shopping in the morning and when it got too hot, we would come back and get in the pool. We had a very relaxing time. The hosts were great with communication. We had all the info for check-in and on our last day they sent info for check-out. Matt and Lauren made it so easy! We would definitely stay here again.

This place has it all!! We only stayed 2 days and I wish we could have stayed for a week!! Extremely clean, kitchen is well equipped and the pool is outstanding! We spent the majority of our time in the pool or on the back patio. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back next year!!

Matt was incredibly easy to deal with and responded quickly with any question we had. Only a 5 min drive from Main St. and my kids loved having the pool to play in. Great location, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, everything we needed!

What a great property! We visited for a girls getaway (two adults and a tween) and loved the location! Close to town, but quiet at night. We enjoyed the pool, found the house well stocked to cook a few meals, and plenty of space to relax in the evenings.

Nice cozy home in a convenient location

Really nice cottage like home in a great location. It was convenient going to Main St, which was less than a mile away. The pool was a plus and a nice way to cool off after a day in warm weather. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we will even bring our dog since they allow pups to stay here too.

Awesome stay

Perfect for 4

We truly enjoyed our stay! Great mattresses, rooms had space, great kitchen and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable for 4 people.Having a pool is a great option too!Appreciate that we could bring our dog. We would easily come again and have recommended the house to friends already.

Amazing property

Wonderful home in a great location. Literally takes one right turn and 20 minutes to reach Enchanted Rock State Park. Great communication with the property manager with all directions laid out in a simple format. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

Comfortable and Convenient

We truly enjoyed our visit to this home. It was clean, had all needed amenities, and was so very comfortable. We were even able to do our laundry before we left. It was too chilly for the pool, but the area was a great place to relax. The location is convenient to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Matt, our host, answered questions promptly and provided all needed assistance. Thank you for a great weekend getaway.

Quaint escape

A quietly nestled home where we used most of the house. As a newer listing, there may be quirks to the home and or layout, but everything is as described. Comfy, cozy. The backyard didn't get enough use by us because it was chilly, but if it were warm, we'd certainly have been having cocktails by the pool.

Great location, yard is private and relaxing!

We loved the location- close to town, but quiet and private. It was such a great place to relax and unwind. We loved sitting on the back patio or by the pool and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.

Perfect Property for Puppy

The location was lovely, in a pleasant neighborhood within a five minute drive from downtown Fredericksburg. Our Siberian Husky had his own yard to play in. He did not get in the pool but was very curious about the cleaner which moved back and forth on the surface. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would return if we have occasion to stay in downtown Fredericksburg again.

Relaxing getaway

We came to hike enchanted rock… we absolutely loved the ambiance of the house. We had such a great time playing games and making memories. We also love that pasta Bella is so close. lol. Thank you for a great weekend.

Fredericksburg stay

From day one our host Matthew was very accomodating and responded to questions very quickly. We immediately felt right at home in the spotless, roomy and cutely decorated house. Loated a mile from town made it so easy to navigate. Our little goldendoodle settled right in and loved the spacious backyard. We had everything we needed and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We plan to return next year and will be sure to rebook. Family get away

Our daughter and her husband and sixteen year old daughter had never been to Fredericksburg. Went for the food and shopping. Everyone was happy. Beautiful town and lots of friendly people. We have found a Vrbo is a better way to stay. Cheaper in the long run…breakfast and snacks at the Vrbo saves a lot of money

Great Host. Beautiful Home.

Check-in was very easy. The host were very quick to respond. The house was only a 2-3 minute drive from Main street which was perfect. Not too far from the vineyards either. I would definitely come back and stay here again. 10/10 recommend.
