What a great place to stay - in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and clean all around and felt so welcomed as the host left a complimentary bottle of local wine & provided recommendations of places to eat. A perfect place for my visiting cousin & I to stay which was close to town, HEB grocery store & wineries. Loved it!!

We visited Fredericksburg for the first time to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. The property was very clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was not within walking distance of the Main Street but that was totally fine with us because we prefer the quiet. The house has everything we needed including extra blankets. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival which was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again!

Difficult to identify the property as the name was partially covered by bushes. Also, the houses are not facing or close to the named street, only a street entrance. Once there, the property was good. Very clean and spacious. This being allergy season would have been nice to have tissues in couple of rooms, but toilet paper worked. Having hot water in front bathroom was issue. Glad there were two bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable which is a plus as my experience with b&b's that is not always the case. Plenty of comfortable pillows. Instructions were provided was a good idea to locate linens, etc. All in all, a good property, quiet and feels secluded to be located in city.

Very Baby Friendly

Everything was fantastic. They had everything that we needed to stay. We had two babies and we brought our own pack and plays for their sleep and the closets were plenty big enough for them to have a quiet and dark space for naps and sleeps. The hosts were very great at communicating! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Stay in Fredericksburg

Overall, the unit was fine with a couple of exceptions. The master bedroom bed seems small and was quite squeaky, so we didn't sleep very well. Also, the ad read 'Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine when you stay at HCH', however, when we arrived, there was no bottle on the counter, so I contacted the host. That's when I learned a minimum 2-night stay was required for the wine. This wouldn't affect my decision to stay somewhere, but it bothered me that the ad wasn't transparent prior to booking.
