Location, Location, Location!!! New! Completely renovated, well appointed historic home just steps from beautiful Main Street in Fredericksburg Texas! Come enjoy shopping, wine tasting, nightlife, restaurants, and the gorgeous scenery in Fredericksburg!

This beautiful, three bedroom home is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a fun day of shopping, wine tasting, rock climbing, or whatever you choose to do in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Located just one block off Main Street! Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds. All the comforts of home with a hotel styled atmosphere.

The home is fully sanitized with disinfecting cleaning products after each stay to ensure the highest level of sanitation.

What's nearby:

The town is your oyster! Hop on a local shuttle to take a wine-tasting tour of Highway 290, or take a walk to check out the local shops and restaurants all along Main Street. Every third Saturday of the month is Fredericksburg Trade Days, featuring live music, wonderful food, and an abundance of shopping.

The blind on the front living room window does not roll down. Both front doors very hard to open and close.Ran out of time to use hot tub.Location is a little noisy but beds were comfortable.Would recommend queen bed in 3'rd room instead of bunk beds though. House was very clean. Thank you.

Cute place close to everything. GPS seems to take everyone to S Milam. So just pay attention. The house was well done and stocked. There’s only 1 bathroom so it would be nice to have mirrors in bedrooms to help spread out everyone getting ready. But the bathroom is very cute and spacious. A serious thing that should be addressed is the threshold flooring going from the livingroom to bedroom has a serious dip that is hard to see. Everyone who first walks in there trips. One of our guest tripped and fell to the point they busted their knee and hit their head on the bed. Also neither front door opens, they seem to be swollen shut. Beds were super comfy and bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of room for 6 people to stay.

The location is amazing!

We chose this based on the location and pricing! Overall it was a great stay! A few recommendations we have that we found ourselves commenting on during our stay. Fixing the front bedroom drop down, there’s no warning or anything either. All of us tripped over that multiple times. Thankfully none of us actually fell. Maybe a bigger trash can for the kitchen. I also would recommend ensuring you send the welcome message with door code the night before. We had to use the keys for the entire first day due to not getting a timely response. We really did enjoy the location, it was super close to downtown.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay and this precious little house! It was perfectly stocked for everything we needed. We ate out while we were there, so we didn’t use much of the kitchen. The location was great for walking Main St. It was super close to all the shops and restaurants. Getting to use the hot tub after a day of waking was another welcome treat. Each guest having their own room helped a lot. Having only one bathroom was a little challenging, but it definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. The only con we had is that the house is right off the street, so you could hear cars and people walking and talking throughout the night. Other than that, we loved our stay!

This was probably the cleanest vacation rental I have rented. Very nice. Finishes and decor were simple and clean. Great location. Parking is convenient. Host was responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a girls weekend

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. Loved the location…very close proximity to main and on the road out to Enchanted Rock. Super clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for our weekend too. Hot tub was a big bonus. We’ll be back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the hot tub. It was great to be able to walk and get breakfast and coffee. Hondo’s is walking distance also. Looking forward to going back.

Great stay for birthday trip to Fredericksburg

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean. They had a great step up and even included a bottle of wine for our stay. I would recommend to a friend. The only downside was one bathroom but we made it work. There is an extra mirror in one of the bedrooms.
