Our charming Peach St Haus is private and walkable to Main Street's shops, wine, and food! (just 3 blocks away) This entire home offers a master bedroom with a spacious king size bed, a private upstairs bedroom with a lush queen size bed. In the common areas there is a sofa bed and a couch. The home offers 2 full bathrooms including a beautiful claw foot tub and a stand up shower. Take a break from the big city and enjoy what Fredericksburg has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a few minutes walk to the Main Street. The yard is large with a hot tub, lots of seating, fire pit and beautiful pecan tree. It is on a nice street. Everything was in good working order and easy to figure out, and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Kitchen had lots of supplies. Cute home!

Cute little old house. Excellent location and walking distance to great food and coffee shops. Indoor fireplace and hot tub were excellent. We happened to be there during a snow storm that closed many restaurants. We tried to cook at the place but the stove/oven would not light (even with a lighter stick). We also had to reset the WiFi router 6-7 times while staying there (power only flickered twice from the storm) and often had to turn the WiFi off on our phones for streaming to load on the tv. We also had to shorten our stay by 1 night due to a job change. When I reached out to amend the reservation, we were only offered 25 back… which essentially was the pet fee. I’m in hotel business so I understand expected revenue and 3 night stay discounts, but we let you know well in advance and would have appreciated a bit more leniency. I also was not accustomed to being forced to purchase insurance for staying at a rental. This was an unexpected 60 I would have appreciated knowing in I’d have to spend in advance. Seems a bit extreme for a weekend stay away…

My experience this past weekend was great! The owners were super responsive, easy to deal with and the property location was key for being pretty much central to all of the things we were doing. Quiet neighborhood, amenities were perfect for two couples, we would stay again!

This stay was clean and well appointed. There were a few small things that would definitely make it even better. The patio was covered with leaves, dirt and limbs, had the cleaners blew it off it would help keep the hot tub clean. We could not get the kurig to work, and the upstairs bedroom really needs a window unit or portable AC. But it fit our group fine in all other aspects. It was well stocked and the interior was very clean,
