“The only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room. Otherwise it was a great stay , clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a complete bonus. ”

“I called several times to get picked up from the airport with no answer. I had to pay for an uber. Really disappointed and frustrated when I am counting on the airport shuttle to give me a ride and the fail to show up or answer the phone.”

“The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, but our deadbolt didn’t work and the paint was pealing in several spots.”

“It took 3 hours to get me In My room upon returning to hotel . Even though they fixed door liock I was so frustrated at front desk person because I told her at beginning to contact the manager . She waited over a hour before contacting him. And then it was 2 more hours till he fixed it. Total of 3 hours. I do have to say through Expedia I did compensated for my trouble. Thanks”

“The room was clean. Without an overly chemical smell, as if it was covering up something The front desk representative was very helpful. I found it a great value And so I was on a tight budget, attending a school workshop It had enough of the amenities, or all the amenities that I needed And the courteous, helpful staff Cleanliness and affordability made it a win, win, win for me!”

“Beautifully kept rooms great staff great amenities only complaint is the hotel was very booked and very busy which isn’t really a complaint. That means they’re doing well.”

“We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see”

“I liked the people at the front desk coming and going. they were very helpful and made the stay nicer. The TV remote and system was terrible. Replaced remote 3 times and never fully worked. Had to get up to turn on and off, volume. Need to work on that. Pool closed but didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great time.”
