The house :
Spread over 3 floors, this bright house is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A lounge furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a fireplace, a dining table and an incredible view of the sea.

- The highlight of the house is the fantastic private outdoor space of over 1,000 m² enjoying stunning sea views. Only a path separates you from the wide sandy beach.
Watch your children play on the beach from the garden while you soak up the sun and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky.
- On the other side of the house, you'll find a lovely south-facing terrace of around 30 m², furnished with a dining table for 10-12 guests, parasol and barbecue. Four deckchairs are available.
- A balcony with sea views is also accessible from one of the upstairs bedrooms.
- Private parking on the property for two vehicles. Street parking is also available.

Castel Breizh is located in an upscale neighbourhood with spaced villas surrounded by pine trees.
Thanks to its central location in the village, the nearest grocery shop is just 800 m away and restaurants are only 7 minutes' walk away. In summer, July and August, there is a Sunday morning market 800m from the house.
Local shops are about 5 minutes' drive from the house, in the town of Sables d'Or les Pins: bakery, restaurants, grocery shops, Super U supermarket or in Plurien: Henaff butcher's and delicatessen (speciality "tue-mouche") and Oiesel bakery.
