A private entrance leads directly into the ground-floor apartment. Your own parking space is located right in front of the entrance. Additional private parking spaces are available to residents of the residence.



Within the secure residence walls, a shared outdoor area with pool and terrace invites you to unwind.

The living area with sofa bed is perfect for relaxing. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need for preparing small meals.
