This 40 m² flat can accommodate 2 people and comprises a sofa lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a private terrace, ideal for relaxing while admiring the sublime view of Mont Vinaigre. Bed linen and towels provided.

The flat, located on level -1, is as follows:

- An air-conditioned living room with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and dining area for 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, toaster, croque monsieur toaster, crockery and cutlery, electric griddle, bar with two armchairs...
- One bedroom, overlooking the terrace, with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and hairdryer.
- Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside :
- A beautiful 20 m² private terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, parasol and 2 deckchairs. An ideal place to relax, read and contemplate the magnificent view over the countryside.
- A 10,000 m² woodland area for walks.
- A relaxation area where you can enjoy a boules pitch, as well as various games: darts, rackets, etc. and a tennis court available to our tenants in the residence.
- Tennis rackets and golf clubs available on loan.

The accommodation is located in a magnificent 300-hectare private, secure estate, and is ideally situated between the sea and the mountains. Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel has all the tourist shops you need nearby, as well as a shopping area with a supermarket in Mandelieu, 5 km from the property.

Activities :
The owners will put together a programme for you to discover the Côte d'Azur and its many attractive sites. You can go hiking or mountain biking on the region's signposted trails, spend a pleasant day by Lake Saint-Cassien, stroll along the coastline, go shopping in Cannes, relax on the beaches of Cannes and Mandelieu, play golf, stroll in the heart of the Massif de l'Esterel, visit Saint-Tropez and the surrounding area...
