Neighborhood description
A very quiet, residential neighborhood in Fréjus, close to shops within a 5-minute walk: Spar mini-market (which also serves as a bakery and post office), tobacco shop, pharmacy, city hall, banks, doctors, and a dentist are also nearby; the Saint-Raphaël Golf Course and the Esterel Golf Course are a 10-minute drive away; the Saint-Raphaël train station is a 10-minute drive away, and the Fréjus train station is a 5-minute drive away; Saint-Tropez is an hour’s drive away (option to take the ferry shuttle from Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Raphaël to get to Saint-Tropez by sea.... no traffic jams). Nice is an hour away by car on the highway; there’s a bus stop 2 minutes from the house with service to Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus. The house is 10 minutes from Highway Exit No. 38. The Carrefour and Leclerc supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the house.
