“Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner ”

“Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now. It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat. $60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. Breakfast was previously included and there was no resort fee or it was in the daily room rate. No more free shuttle to and from Airport. It’s now $55 each way. As always the staff is amazing...

“I never do this. I don’t want to mess with people’s livelihood but I want people to know what they are getting with this place. Started with no one in the office to check in for 10 mins. The room we were in (a separate stand alone) had mildew all over, poorly done workmanship, terrible beds and pillows. The refer was wide open and unplugged. I took pictures but they didn’t turn out well because we lost power the morning of check out. I really truly am not hard to please and totally understand...
