GUEST SELF CHECK IN:
- Self Check In. Key Box on property. You will recieve your info via email through your booking website. I will text your code when your tiny house is ready.
- Check in 4pm. I will text you day of when your tiny house is ready for early arrival
- Check out 12noon. Please request late check out the day before. I will honor any way I can :)
- Please text me upon arrival & after you`ve inspected your property so that I know you are completely satisfied.
- Please text me upon departure so that I may notify your housekeeper to prepare for our next guests.

Safety & Security:
- We have a gated secure entrance in addition to security cameras. We have stayed here for 6 years with no incident & we have wonderful neighbors. This is just added to stay this way :)

Rolling Hills of French Village Missouri

Our 4 tiny houses are each a cozy 600 sq ft open concept layout. It is surrounded by 10 acres of private property of woods & fields.
Wood & Groceries can be purchased locally at Dollar General or Jakes Gas. You welcome to forage our property for wood- DG & Jakes are located 2 miles from the property.
***DISCLAIMER!!! There is NO wifi on purpose & by design. You are in the middle of the woods. You may encounter wasps, spiders, horse flys, bugs etc.
Lots of woods to go hiking in our bring your bikes for a country cruise. Terrace Winery is located just a couple of miles away. More Local wineries only 30 to 40 minutes away. Bonne Terre is only 12 miles away for dining out, Bonne Terre mines and other amenities.
No wifi.... on purpose & by design but We have a DVD collection, local channels, books for reading, cards & board games to stay in and relax.
Brickey is a quiet road but during holiday weekends Goose Creek Lake can make some of the local spots crowded.

Your personal vehicle is the best way to arrive and depart. There are several trails at nearby parks for bicycle riding.

Every property has silly little quirks... so just know the front glass sliders can be tricky to lock because of 2 moving doors, just takes a little fiddling. The Washer & Dryer cabinet door is very heavy. Please use caution when opening & closing.
