“Staff member I encountered was sweet. Door was a bit of a pain to open initially. Possibly operator error. Bathroom had a beetle next to toilet. Floor was dirty. Our bare feet were dingy quickly, would recommend slippers/shoes. Halfway through night put hand under long grey pillow, that doubles as a headboard, & came out with sand and other unknown things. Since it sits on top of bedding I questioned if it had been changed. Room was quiet despite proximity to Central & I25. Was impressed...

“Gave me a room on first floor. Could not sleep through the night. People fighting loudly in hall way. Unwanted guest outside the patio door that was barred for guests safety. Request for new room. Very clean, comfortable with a better view on second floor. No ELEVATOR. Parking had a security driving through the night. Staff friendly no hot tub while I was there.”

“Lovely hotel. The architecture is very pretty and sitting in the lounge gives you a very luxurious feeling. The staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant.
