  • Completely renovated in 2021. New kitchen, new bathroom equipped with appliances, cabinets, shower room all brand new. Entirely covered with shiny hardwood. 3 BR 1BA with a dining section in the living rooms. 65" cable TV, high speed WiFi, gas BBQ grill in spacious shaded porch serve well for both business and fun. Located in a quiet street of the town with easy access to grocery (5 min to Walmart) and restaurants. 10 min to Airpot and 10 min to downtown. Two cars can park inside the fence.

Perfect for Pets

The house is exactly as presented in the pictures. Very clean and well furnished, it is an excellent spot for pets because both the front and back yard are fenced. The kitchen is "spartan" and only coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are in the pantry. We enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary trip

We were in town for our 40th anniversary. The house worked very well for us. Near shopping, but not too near. Needed a battery in one of the ceiling fan remotes. Kitchen needs measuring cups and a funnel. Could use a small hamper for dirty linens. Liked that we could park in the garage. Also liked that laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided. I would recommend this home.

Five stars all around! Wonderful property located in the heart of Fresno. Whether you’re here for short-term living for work or traveling the area, it’s a great spot to bring the whole family. Clean and cozy

Great communication from property manager. Was along our route to Yosemite after visiting Sequoia. Close to dining options since we wanted a meal out otherwise kitchen would have been perfect.
