"Sierra River House" sitter pÄ Main Fork of Kaweah River. NÀr du kommer in i huset kommer du att mÀrka den fantastiska utsikten över Kaweahfloden och Moro Rock. Hemmet var utformat för att fÄnga all den externa naturskönheten och ta den in i huset medan du slappnar av i bekvÀmligheten av ett nybyggt hem pÄ floden. Sierra River House Àr det bÀsta stÀllet att koppla av efter en lÄng dag pÄ Sequoia & Kings Canyon Parks.

De anpassade fönstren Àr stora genom hela hemmet och erbjuder den mest underbara utsikten över bergen, floden, Moro Rock och Woodland. Det finns utsikt över floden och bergen frÄn alla rum i hemmet. VÄrt Riverfront Home ligger vid flodens kant och erbjuder spektakulÀr utsikt frÄn alla rum och loungerande dÀck med utsikt över floden. Du kommer att vakna till fantastisk utsikt över Kaweahfloden rakt ut sovrumsfönstren. Hemmet Àr ca 2000 + - kvm., Men kÀnns Ànnu större pÄ grund av de stora katedraltaken.

Detta hem var nyligen ombyggd (alla nya golv, fÀrg, bÀnkskivor etc ...) och det har alla nya moderna möbler frÄn soffor, bord, sÀngar, stolar. Det har alla bekvÀmligheter - WiFi, Smart TV, satellit Direct TV-kabel, DVD-spelare. Den har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Köket har nya bÀnkskivor frÄn Quartz, och nya Stainless Steal Appliances. Huset har central AC / VÀrme. Det har ocksÄ en tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare. Huset ligger ca 2 miles frÄn ingÄngen till Sequoia National Park, och bara ett par minuter till centrum av Three Rivers. Hemmet ligger pÄ 1. 63 privata hektar av skönhet och lugn. OcksÄ mycket viktigt Àr den hÀr delen av Kaweahfloden Äret runt med vatten i floden, sÄ om du letar efter en flodfastighet som inte torkar upp sÄ kan du vara sÀker pÄ att du alltid upplever vyer och ljud av floden medan du bor hÀr. Let me start with staying we travel a lot and we are not overally critical of places but we do judge them based on price, location etc. As business owners we realize what a good or bad review can do to a listing so I am practical when leaving a review. Three weeks or so before we even took off for this vacation I recieved a text from the owner. She sent a ton of info on the local area, the parks, things to do, grocery stores, activities etc. etc. With the links and what nots to do re search. About a week before we arrived we recieved another text about the check in process, and how to get to the place with clear directions and pictures. Again amazing and to me above and beyond what she had to do. It really helped our stay!The house is perfect in every way. CLEAN. Location to the parks is perfect. Just a few miles outside of Three Rivers. I would 100% stay here again plus recommend this property to any other travelers. If I had one suggestion to the owner is to leave the AC on before guests arrive. When we arrived the AC was off and it was rather hot in the home. Took a few hours but it did finally cool down. When I text the owner she quickly responeded and quiclly apologized.....goood enough for us. Fantastic owners fantastic home! Worth every dime.

My family and I do an annual weekend trip and this was voted our favorite place yet! Great for kids, and adults alike, we all had the best weekend here in Three Rivers. Would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!

Great home. Clean and well maintained, and very comfortable beds. Cool location on river and close to some restaurants. Worked out perfectly for us. My only comment is that a cheat sheet on how to find the thermostat would have been helpful, but not a big deal Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sierra river house. Owners were great. Location is perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to keep our teenage boys busy in the game room or exploring the river right outside the backdoor.

This property is the perfect location for Sequoia National Park & Kings Canyon. After traveling from Yosemite the day before, we enjoyed a rest day at the house before heading into Sequoia. The game room was a HUGE hit with our kids and the extra large washing machine and dryer were a HUGE hit for the adults. We had a great time tubing in the river and swimming in the calm water holes. Our only suggestion for the house is ceiling fans! No air conditioning can keep up with the 100+ temps and the days/late afternoon the house was warm. It would cool off by bed time so sleeping was comfortable. Overall, this house was a big hit and we would love to stay again!

The house was a perfect spot to head up to the National Parks and just enjoy family time by the river. The home is positioned on the river so we could enjoys it both inside the home and outside on the deck and shore. Our kids loved the game room and we appreciated the spaciousness of the house. It was clean, bright, and comfy. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay at Three Rivers. Our host provided everything to make our stay comfortable and entertaining, including a beautiful location. The river was the highlight of our stay. It was incredible to be able to sit next to that beautiful river after coming back from of a full day of exploring Sequoia Park.

They properly was just as described and pictures online were up to date. Loved the property and privacy. So peaceful and relaxing!!! We hiked, river rafting, Climbed Moro rock and saw the National parks during our visit. We were able to go out to eat and cook at the property and loved every minute. Srey provided information before our arrival of places to visit, restaurants and where to go for groceries in nearby towns. We stopped in the town of Visilia before our arrival to grocery shop. Thank you for a wonderful property to spend time and make memories!!! Highly recommend!!!đŸŒ·

My sister was visiting my family from Illinois and I decided to book this house for part of their stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with picture windows, a fully stocked kitchen and everything we could possibly need. It really felt like home! They also made some special accommodations for my sister that had mobility issues! We enjoyed the sleeping each night to the sound of the river. We will definitely be visiting again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful property. It’s true—this home is nicer than the photos indicate. The large living room windows afford a clear view of the river running outside, as well as the trees and mountains behind it. At night, we turned off the lights and enjoyed the hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of stars overhead. We will definitely book Srey’s property again when we visit Sequioa & King’s Canyon again.

Absolutely amazing property with a beautiful view of the river. We loved the proximity to The Sequoia National Park. It has all the amenities of home, we had fun with the recreation activities in the garage, good for the younger adults in the group. We usually do an annual camp trip in Three Rivers. Decided to switch it up and rent a home. This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and waterfront! We enjoyed several home cooked meals, floating in the river, hiking the nearby national park, and visiting local restaurants. The game room was so much fun with the pool table, ping pong table and video games! Srey was amazing, top notch host! She was in constant communication with us from start to finish, ensured all our needs were met. Srey provided all the information we needed from driving directions, local hot spots, events, and safety matters. We had such an awesome experience, we can't wait to do it again!

Well hidden, well laid out place with absolutely lovely outdoor gardens leading to the river below. Just gorgeous. The place had everything and ridiculously close to the Sequoia Nat’l Park. Instructions were beyond expectations. We enjoyed and would have stayed longer simply to explore the area, it was so pretty.

Our family had a great time staying at the river house, it was our base to explore Sequoia National Park. Srey was great communicating throughout the entire process, proving timely road conditions in the national park. The house is amazing, with the river flowing in the back, to old school arcade games entertaining the kids for hours. Our only regret was not spending a lot of time outside due to the heatwave, but glad the house had working AC. The house was well appointed and comfortable for the 7 of us to relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the river!

Excellent VRBO experience and property! The raging river in the back is breathtaking and so relaxing, but what I appreciated most was the owner’s helpfulness! Very informative and helpful about the area, and so easy and quick to communicate with (though, not actually from the house as there wasn’t great cell service). Highly recommend!
