Clovis visit

Great stay in a good location close to family we were visiting. Kyle and team are always great to work with and have a quick response time for questions or concerns. We always try to book one of Kyle’s rentals in Clovis if at all possible.

Church camp

We will definitely be back! We come to Fresno often for church events and this will be our new home away from home. I needed a certain item and they shipped it to the front door same day for me. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Below expectations

Does not have the fresh clean look and feel of most short-term rentals. The was litter near the front door. The trash cans were full and smelly if you went close. Our granddaughter got very dirty crawling on the floors. The stove was dirty. The yard is kind of rundown. Only 5 forks in a house for up to 12 people? I mopped and vacuumed and we made the best of it. The best thing about the location was the easy access to the airport and multiple grocery stores. Owner communicated well as we gave and provided a new water filter pitcher on request. He apologized and returned the cleaning fee. This may have been an anomolie.

Enough room for our big group of 10. Check-in time was pushed back because they were not done cleaning, but the owner communicated this in a timely manner. You would think the extra time meant the house was extra clean, but during our stay, we found bits and pieces of uncleanliness, such as tiny crumbs or trash on the bedding and some trash left in cabinets and outside. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Beautiful home!

This was a lovely experience, beautiful home, all amenities as promised, we enjoyed every minute. Lots of communication from both the active property manager and the owner, all expectations given up front. We had 4 adults and one child and everyone had independent space. Close to Blackbeards for fun, too!

Refrigerator doesn't work

I booked this property for 4 nights. After a long day of travel we arrived at the property around 9:00pm. We were tired and had food and medication that needed to be refrigerated. Well the refrigerator was not working. This was a major inconvenience as we had stopped at the grocery store prior to checking in. We found ourselves having to find an alternative place.

Everything went smoothly, quite neighborhood. It in the middle of everything bc which I like but upon arrival the trash and recycling was full but everything else was great. I’ll definitely will rent this place again.

Simple and clean

Stayed a week for a swim meet. We spent a lot of time at the pool so it was nice to come back to a cool, clean gouse for meals and sleeping. Easy communication with the owner and check in was a breeze!

Perfect

The property is as advertised and pictured. It was in a quiet suburban neighborhood, very close to all the locations one would need in Clovis. The kids and I were there for a funeral and it was perfect for our needs. Great fruit trees in back! (We made Lemonade)

Clovis stay

A few issues were found and that was the flooring although installed was slightly lifted and beds were very uncomfortable 1 fan needs to be checked as far as switching on with lights off. The air conditioner in our opinion needs to be turned on prior to checking in.. Overall the place was clean and ready for check in
