Hotell med pool i Freston

“Deluxe room excellent size and comfy bed . Bathroom did not have enough shower gel in bottle Staff lovely but out of depth with service at breakfast. Spa , only sauna and steam room in full working order . Pool and hot tub very good . Breakfast is abysmal . One coffee machine to serve all , items missing or ran out . This hotel has the bones to be really good but money needs spending and front of house staff who can support the younger staff . ”

“Great parking. Rooms are clean / shower was a little broken Half the lockers in spa do not work. Massage was good. Dinner was good. Breakfast we were a few mins before closing they wouldn’t let us in. Beautiful grounds. ”

“Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice ”

“Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! staff were amazing spa treatment area girls were amazing, a massive thank you to them THANK YOU !!!!!! Amazing!! The restaurant staff were amazing The food was almost Michelin star and I would highly recommend this resort. The whole experience for us as a couple was five stars and I will be going back shortly”
