Welcome to the vacation home by the sea at the tip of the North Sea in Friedrichskoog.

This detached, single-roof house with 3 rooms and 65 square meters of living space spread over 2 levels offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. The cozy living and dining area offers a comfortable atmosphere with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and indirect lighting. You’ll find a small selection of books and board games in the dresser beneath the TV.
The large solid-wood table, which seats up to 6 people, is perfect for dining and cozy get-togethers. You’ll find plenty of cutlery and dishes in the large dining room cabinet.
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, featuring a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, and all the essential utensils. A dishwasher is available.
The bathroom on the first floor features a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. A convection heater provides cozy warmth. A washer-dryer combo is available in the adjacent storage room.
One bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds that can be pushed together, while the other bedroom has a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m).
High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, which is also ideal for working from home.
On the inviting terrace in the rose garden, a seating area invites you to linger. The house includes a driveway with parking and a tool shed.
