A wonderful place with a breathtaking
The house and surroundings was a five star experience for us. The house was fully equipped, the outside area was private and with a wonderful view. There was nice hiking trails close by, and the nice little pueblo Frigiliana is worth a visit or two. We'll definitely be back:).

Parfait! Vue Magnifique!
Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines a cuatro Caminos et à notre arrivée la maison était très propre. Chaque samedi la piscine était nettoyée. C’est une très belle petite maison blanche, typique, dans les hauteurs de Frigiliana. La maison est très bien équipée. Lave vaisselles dans la cuisine, machine à laver et toutes la vaisselle pour cuisiner. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes et en enfilades, comme beaucoup l’ont signalé. Effectivement il faut passer dans la chambre principale pour accéder à l’autre chambre. Nous concernant nous étions 2 donc ça ne nous a pas dérangé. La salle de bain est très bien, attenante a la première chambre avec une douche à l’italienne suffisamment large pour ne pas se cogner.Il y a une bonne connexion internet en wifi. A l’extérieur se trouve une belle piscine avec une vue magnifique sur Nerja au loin et Frigiliana, très beau village blanc. Des chaises longues avec parasol, sont installées à côté de la piscine afin de profiter de la piscine et de la vue. 3 tables avec chaises sont disposées à divers endroits sur la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner où autre. Un barbecue est disponible ainsi qu’un endroit pour cuisiner à l’extérieur. Il y a un évier à côté du barbecue. Pour accéder à la maison la route monte sur 2.5 km environ.Cependant j’y suis allé avec ma grande voiture plus une grande remorque avec moto 3 roues (10 mètres de long) et ça passe.Un grand merci à Suzanne pour son accueil,C’était un plaisir. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Perfectly peaceful
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the villa you need. Stunning views, sun all day once its peeped over the mountain. A 10 minute drive will take you to Frigiliana the nearesr village which is typical spanish and pretty with plenty of little gift shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this villa.

Splendid views, cosy cottage, great walks nearby
The outdoors part of the cottage is splendid: lots of space and the view is marvellous. Great pool. The cottage itself is cosy, well-equipped and really a 2-persons house. The bed(room) is challenging inconvenient. We would heartily recommend combining the two small bedrooms into 1 normal bedroom. That would make the nights as comfortable and as enjoyable as the days... Host Suzanne was very responsive and kind, always quick to help. The surrounding area offers beautiful cities to visit, great restaurants and impressive walks to undertake.

Traditional Spanish finca - small but full of character and with stunning views and a larger than average pool which is good for those who like to swim lengths. Good outside space and excellent bbq with plenty of room to park.

Haus mit Pool und grandioser Lage
Kleines schönes, älteres Häuschen. Möbel sind älter, die Couch und die Betten sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Doppelbett ist für zwei Erwachsene im Sommer zu klein! Ansonsten alles ok. Reklamation (Abfluss verstopft) wird schnell erledigt. Haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen!

De accommodatie ligt perfect ten opzichte van verschillende wandelroutes en de uitvalsweg naar Frigiliana. Het huis ligt op het zuiden, dus als er zon is, dan is er de hele dag zon. Daarbij een schitterend uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. Verder is het huis van alle gemakken en comfort voorzien. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep ook vlekkeloos.

Wonderful stay near Frigiliana
We loved our week at this villa in the hills past Frigiliana. Suzanne was very helpful with check in. She and her husband met us near Nerja and we followed them to the villa. It was a wonderful week. The house is very nice and the terrace/outdoor area and views are spectacular. We spent most days having our morning coffee then afternoon and evening wine looking out at the views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. We love this area of Spain and would return to this villa without question on future holidays.

Nos ha encantado el lugar, hemos estado muy agusto, buscábamos tranquilidad e intimidad y lo tuvimos, la casa, estaba muy bien equipada, es un lugar privilegiado, la única pega es la carretera de acceso a la casa porque es un poco complicada, pero sin duda nos encantaría repetir.

Just what we needed, we are a family with two girls aged 6 &7, they had a great time in the large garden and pool. We have been to this area many times and love it so much. We all slept really well. some of the best views we have ever had!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt geeignet zum Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen. Die Ausstattung des Frrienhauses ist sehr gut und gemütlich, einzig das Bett ist mit einer Breite von 1,40 gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Grundstück liegt toll in den Bergen oberhalb von Frigiliana, daher ist in Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Toller Pool, Aussengrill und aussen genug Sitzgelegenheiten mit wunderbarem Weitblick aufs Meer. Absolut ruhig und toll zum erholen.

Beautiful country house with stunning views
A beautiful country house in a wonderful location. Great pool and stunning views. The property is ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing holiday or those with young family. The property is nicely furnished and well maintained. The pool is kept very clean and is a good size for swimming. The property is not far from Frigiliana and is easy to get to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Très jolie maison, parfaite pour 4. Tout y est. Petit manque d’intimité du fait que la chambre des parents est collé à celle des enfants. L’accueil a été parfait , je recommande fortement. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines mais connaissions déjà la région. Seul bémol, l’accès à la maison est tout en monté ( 10/15min) Cela ne nous a pas gâché les vacances pour autant. Good points: views, quiet, local town Frigaliana pretty with some nice restaurants, rural location, spacious grounds outside with various fruit trees etc, pretty spacious inside in communal areas, reasonably good kitchen facilities, host escorts you to it from motorway petrol station, general good standard of decor etc Negatives: bedrooms small (ok for a couple as we were but might feel cramped with parents + 2 children), roads a bit nerve-racking to get to it (but we coped and it was worth it!)

Amazing villa with fantastic view
Stayed here for 11 nights and it just passed too quickly! The villa is a lovely authentically Spanish, very well equipped and clean. It also stays cool inside which is great for sleeping. The garden is fantastic, great bbq area, plenty of seating and space. The pool is perfect and the views down to Nerja have to be some of the best we’ve experienced. Finding the villa was easy and the communication with Suzanne was perfect! Thankyou for a great stay and we hope to return one day! Gary

Holiday 2019
The property was very nice, especially the outside, bedrooms a bit on the small side. It was quite a lot further to Frigiliana than we were given to believe. Overall we had a lovely holiday there and Suzanne was very helpful when we had to contact her. It was a big help being met and taken to the property.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mit atemberaubender Aussicht und tollem Pool
Ersteinmal noch ein großes Dankeschön an Suzanne, die uns herzlich in Empfang genommen hat, obwohl wir durch Flugverspätung erst nach Mitternacht ankamen. Sie hatte sogar einen ersten Verpflegungseinkauf für uns gemacht. Das Haus mit Pool ist wirklich super. Wir hatten zu zweit jede Menge Platz und auch mit dem Bett hatten wir keinerlei Probleme. Alles ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts in dem Häuschen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgerüstet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Dusche ist groß, Föhn und Handtücher vorhanden. In jedem der 2 Schlafzimmer steht ein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es TV in allen Sprachen, einen Esstisch und sogar einen Kamin. Die Terrasse ist groß, hat direkt vor dem Haus eine Überdachung unter der man gemütlich im Schatten sitzen und auch essen kann. Es gibt einen großen Grill, Sonnenliegen mit Schirm, einen Carport, einen Anbau mit Waschmaschine und einem kleinen extra Kühlschrank. Der Pool ist toll, aber auf Kinder, die noch nicht schwimmen können, muss acht gegeben werden, weil er auch vornean schon "tief" ist. Das schönste an der Terrasse ist die unglaubliche Aussicht. Es ist sehr sehr ruhig da oben, von den Nachbarn hört man nur wenig und das Grundstück kann auch von keiner Seite eingesehen werden. Man muss mit dem Auto allerdings einen abenteuerlichen Serpentinenweg hinter sich bringen, um am Haus anzukommen, das hat mich einige Nerven gekostet und ist der einzige Minuspunkt. Bis nach Frigiliana fährt man ca 15min, nach Nerja Mitte ca 25 min. Einen Lidl findet man am Ortseingang von Nerja. Für jemanden, der wirklich einmal Ruhe und Einsamkeit (oder ungestörte Zweisamkeit) sucht, in einer malerischen Umgebung, ist das Häuschen perfekt und wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Excellent !
Superbe Maison si on recherche la tranquillité (chemin d'accès compliqué), ce qui était notre cas. Vue à couper le souffle de jour comme de nuit ! La maison est super bien équipée (intérieur et extérieur) et très propre, il ne maque que la climatisation mais il y a un ventilateur dans chaque pièce quand même. Location que je recommande vivement pour se resourcer Nous avons passé un semaine extraordinaire !

Prachtig!
Fantastische locatie, uitzicht adembenemend, veel privacy. Huis is niet groot, maar zeker groot genoeg, heel knus. Ideaal voor romantische vakantie met z'n tweeën of met twee kleine kinderen. Rit door de bergen is prima te doen, breed en geasfalteerd. Auto noodzakelijk, naar frigiliana 15 min. Naar Nerja 20 min. Top vakantie gehad 😎

Only the best ...
wir waren im Februar für fast vier Wochen in dieser wundervollen kleinen Villa.. es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, die ganze Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, alles ist vorhanden auch Kleinigkeiten. Die Lage und der phantastische Blick sind einmalig, wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung pur sucht und trotzdem auf nichts verzichten will, ist hier genau richtig! Wir empfanden auch das Doppelbett als nicht zu klein. Angesichts der kühlen Temperaturen am Abend waren wir glücklich über den Kamin, er hat uns sehr gute Dienste geleistet. The place to be ... wonderful!

Een mooi gelegen goed verzorgd huisje met een prachtig uitzicht
Zeer soepele ontvangst van de gastheer. Na een korte rondleiding hebben wij de rest van de vakantie volledig ons gang kunnen gaan. Het huisje was heel schoon en compleet. Een mooie buitenruimte met uitzicht over Nerja en de zee. Wij waren er tijdens kerst en de jaarwisseling en wij komen heerlijk buiten zitten. S’avonds is het dan wel wat frisser. Het enige minpunt was het bed dat met mijn 1.90 mtr echt te klein en te krap is. Maar gezien de afmeting van de slaapkamer kan ik ook geen oplossing bedenken om dit te verbeteren. Erg aardig was dat wij op de dag van vertrek langer in het huisje mochten blijven omdat onze vlucht naar huis pas s’avonds was.

Zalig relaxen!
Zeer mooi gelegen huis met fantastisch terras. Alles op haalbare afstand ; prachtig natuurpark,zee,dorp,stadje op een klein uurtje van de luchthaven. Ideaal om er even uit te zijn , enig minpunt ; in het huis was het relatief koud tijdens de avonden (november). Er is een houtkachel maar er was geen hout aanwezig. Maar zeker een aanrader!

Really relaxing stay with great views.
Just back from our week here. The place is clean, well stocked with the stuff you need for preparing meals. Really quiet and tranquil location looking out over the hills and valleys down to Nerja. The only real issue - as I see other people have mentioned - is that the double bed is just too short. I'm about 5'11 (178 cm) and my feet dangled over the end of the bed when I was lying out straight. Also, a couple of the interior doors wouldn't shut so the doors to both bedrooms were always ajar. I reckon a quick bit of DIY would sort this out but would have been good if it this had been done before we arrived. Overall, a great little place with a rustic charm. The kids loved the pool and this on its own was a huge bonus as it freed up time for us to relax on the loungers taking in the magnificent views.

Très jolie petite maison avec une vue magnifique mer et montagne
Belle propriété où l'on s'est senti très bien dès notre arrivée. La maison a beaucoup de charme, jolie décoration et elle est très propre. L'extérieur est également magnifique avec ses vues : piscine, montagne, villages... Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, trop court ! Merci à Suzanne pour ses conseils. House, pool, garden, carport and view were wonderfull and unforgetable, double bed toooo short ! kitchen, TV, bathroom, internet, fans, etc. everything worked. Maybe flyscreens on windows would be nice.

Second séjour validé
Second séjour chez Francisco et Suzanne qui sont toujours aussi charmants, serviables et extrêmement discrets. La piscine a été refaite et est toujours aussi agréable. La maison est toujours aussi propre. La vue est magnifique. La tranquillité reste au rendez-vous. On dit toujours jamais deux sans trois donc il y a de fortes chances que nous y revenions.

Alle Erwartungen übertroffen
Als wir das Haus gebucht haben, waren es weniger Fotos, und einige von innen waren nicht sehr aussagekräftig. Insofern wussten wir nicht genau, was uns erwartet. Und das Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Blick zum Meer ist unfassbar schön und lässt sich nicht im Ansatz auf Bildern festhalten. Dazu sind der eigene Pool und der komplette Außenbereich ein absoluter Traum. Auch drin fehlt es an nichts. Aufgrund der "nur" 55 Quadratmeter hatten wir etwas Zweifel, ist aber absolut ausreichend, wohl auch mit zwei Kindern. Das Haus ist tadellos ausgestattet, bei vielen Kleinigkeiten hat man sich was gedacht. Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, CD-Player, TV, viel Geschirr/Besteck, WLAN, Poolliegen, Handtücher, Badetücher, Außendusche, Gefrierfach, hübsche Bettwäsche, Sonnenschirm, Aussichtsplattform, Waschmaschine, Terrassenvorhänge gegen Sonne, Außengrill, Poolbeleuchtung, div. Lampen, Moskitonetz, Haken an jeder Ecke – nur eine willkürliche Aufzählung, die zeigt: Auch die kleinen Dinge passen rundum. Bad und Küche gehören hervorgehoben, top in Schuss, hier haben wir in Ferienhäusern auch schon anderes erlebt. Nach Frigiliana (mit div. Minimarkets) fährt man 10 Min., zum Kreisverkehr in Nerja mit Tankstelle und Lidl 20 Min., bis Nerja oder zum Strand 25 Min. Alles machbar. Der Weg zum Haus wirkt am Anfang weit oder etwas holprig, ist aber problemlos, zumal er geteert ist. Wer hingegen rüber ins Mini-Dorf Acebuchal fahren will, braucht gute Nerven. Das Haus ist zwar nicht isoliert, wirkt aber so, weil optisch abgeschottet. Man hört mal einen Nachbarn, wie er an seinem Haus werkelt – oder Hahn, Maultier oder Hund. Samstags kommt der Pool-Mann, ansonsten hatten wir vollkommene, wohltuende Ruhe. Suzanne, die uns das Haus vermietet hat, stand vorab für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und war in echt bemerkenswert nett. Sie hat uns mit ihrer Familie von Nerja aus zum Haus eskortiert. Die Abwicklung lief problemlos, wir hätten sie jederzeit erreichen können. War aber nicht nötig, weil wir wunschlos glücklich waren. Danke! Nun zu den wenigen Kritikpunkten, die zeigen, dass ansonsten wirklich alles top ist: Das Bett ist etwas kurz, die Schlafzimmer eher klein. Wegen der kleinen Fenster ist es drin nicht allzu hell, und natürlich sollte man sich gut gegen Schnaken wappnen. Unterm Strich absolut empfehlenswert und das wohl beste Ferienhaus, in dem wir bisher waren. Die Aussicht, der Pool und die vielen Kleinigkeiten sorgen für einen Rundum-Wohlfühl-Urlaub.

Un petit coin de paradis !
Hormis le point de vue exceptionnel, l'extrême gentillesse et la disponibilité de sa propriétaire, cette location offre un confort parfait et un équipement plus que complet. Tout est pensé et conçu dans le détail pour des vacances de rêve ! (A noter que des personnes corpulentes ou de très grande taille seraient probablement à l'étroit dans le lit double)
