The Space:

Welcome to 756 Bonito, a charming two-story coastal retreat located on the desirable south end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Ocean Marina and the Bonito Boathouse Restaurant, this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, golfers, and beach lovers alike.



Step inside to an inviting open floor plan designed for gathering and relaxation. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach or on the golf course.



The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, a bottom-mount refrigerator, an electric stovetop oven with a mounted microwave, and island seating for three. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full family dinner, you'll have everything you need.



On the main level, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) with convenient hall access. This room features a private balcony with two rocking chairs overlooking Bonito Road.



Upstairs, the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping additional guests. It includes an ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) and access to a shared deck with seating overlooking Bonito Road. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.



The spacious primary suite features a king bed and spa-like ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Step onto the private deck where you’ll find additional seating and a hanging hammock, all overlooking the golf course.



The back porch is designed for enjoying Fripp’s beautiful scenery. The upper tier is screened-in with a cozy table for dining or relaxing. The lower deck features an outdoor sectional, a teak dining table that seats six, and both gas and charcoal grills. Both levels overlook the fairway and the 17th hole at Ocean Creek Golf Course, offering peaceful views of the course and frequent wildlife sightings.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
