“Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. “The room was poorly stocked and there was no hot water for nearly 2 days. The braided rug in the room was filthy and torn in a few places causing my wife to trip. Thankfully she did not fall. Very poor response time to any concerns we had. Very poor parking during the holiday weekend. This property is owned by The resort. “Property was very convenient to all Fripp amenities and two of three pools. Convenient walk to beach. We enjoyed the various pool options. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience despite the feedback that follows in this review. Exterior of property somewhat dated but some units are undergoing renovation and painting. Outdoor porch area had accumulated leaves and some trash from construction but never cleaned during stay. Room where ice machine located littered with live and dead Palmetto bugs...
