Cozy 3-bed/3-bath house with great location for your perfect mountain getaway

Location, location location!

Welcome to Houser’s Hideaway, formerly Dawn’s Cabin and under new management with several upgrades! This spacious 3½-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is a short walk to downtown Frisco and has easy access to everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer, including four major ski destinations: Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain

Right across the street is a fantastic recreation center, which guests have full access to via provided fob. The “Clubhouse” features an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, three outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, an outdoor clay tennis court, an indoor racquet court, and a small gym.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location, not just in the winter, but throughout the year. Just ½ mile away is a bike and walking trail that heads toward Breckenridge in one direction and, for the truly energetic, Vail in the other. Nearby, the family-friendly trail to Rainbow Lake is a beautiful outing—and you may even spot a moose along the way!

Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 guests maximum.

The main floor features a bright, open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

A large deck with a picnic table is located just off the living room, while a smaller deck with a gas grill is conveniently located off the dining area.

Downstairs, the comfortable lounging area includes a large flat-screen TV and plenty of paperback books for relaxing after a day of hiking, biking, skiing, or exploring. There’s no cable, but Wi-Fi is included so you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies.
