“Very clean hotel with very helpful staff however the restaurant menu should be changed more we stayed 4days but due to the poor menu we only ate in the restaurant once, due to the location it is very difficult to eat in other places

“The hotel’s setting is unique being on an island and arriving on the sea tractor is an experience. Whether it is really worth the expense is debatable but it certainly is very enjoyable.”
“Room was really clean and spacious. Child's bed was not substantial at all. Hot weather meant room was very hot as no A/C. Only 1 small fan available which wasn't effective for a large room. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Spa was small but ok. Pool unavailable due to 'high levels' on last day of 2 nights. Didn't have breakfast there but menu looked ok. We had dinner on one of the nights and staff were great. Food arrive in good time. Quality was ok.”

“One of the best properties we’ve stayed in! We had a great time - the rooms are stunning, there is so much to do around the property and yet, it was peaceful and intimate at the same time. Highly recommend having all your meals there - the food and staff were a big highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back!”

The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony

“Hope Cove is a lovely place to stay. Food at the Hope and Anchor was five star. Staff were friendly. We did feel however that certain parts needed more attention. There was thick dust under the dresser in restaurant area.
There is a paying car park next door which was £12 for 24 hours.”
“Owner was responsive and attended to the smoke detector’s battery replacement. Property was very cozy. Water pressure in the upstairs shower could be better. Highly recommended, would go back again. Thank you.”
