“Comfortable bed, the drinks and snacks in the evening were a nice bonus. Hot tub was good and staff communication was great. Had a slight issue with the expedia reservation on their end. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the city. ”

“The short stay (2 nights) was well above expectations - friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping to the those assisting at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Room was clean, spacious, relatively quiet, and remained a most comfortable temperature while KC was enduring its coldest winter days temps in many years.
