❤️Dogs are welcome on a leash, as there is not a fully fenced yard.
❤️Efficient heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Nice Vacation Getaway
Property had everything we needed for our holiday vacation. Located on the edge of town, no noise, huge garage, soft beds, plenty of room for up to six people. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Fruita. Highly recommended!!!

Family road trip
My family drove to Grand Junction for the JUCO World Series that my grandson’s college baseball team played in. We stayed for a full week. Fruita is just a 15 minute drive from Grand Junction, so it was convenient to the baseball field as well as dining and shopping options. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house. The property was adjacent to families with horses and chickens. We befriended the neighbors and they were kind enough to give us fresh eggs, and offered the kids to ride their horses. When we needed to resolve an issue at the beginning of our stay the management company responded immediately and the problem was fixed. Three bedrooms and two baths worked perfectly for our group.

Sanctuary
The accommodations were perfect! Everything you needed was there. The property management also was very responsive when needed. It was Very clean and comfortable as well. The property was magnificent with views of bookcliffs and monument. The backyard was so serene and fun watching the farm animals across the way. Perfect setting for our dog as well. The owners were extremely friendly as well as considerate to your privacy. The dozen fresh farm eggs was a surprise plus for our stay. Highly recommend Green Acres!!

Great place
The beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped with all of the amenities needed. It was a great location not far from town and the neighbors next door were very kind in allowing us to pet their goats and horses. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay!
Had a wonderful experience at Green Acres! The location was convenient to everything - Close to the center of Fruita but far enough that we didn't have to deal with the noise of traffic. Having access to a garage was great because the weather was hot when we stayed and parking in the garage kept the car cooler. The house maintained a comfortable temperature and the master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to use and plenty of room in the kitchen to get creative. The house has a very homey feeling and decorated nicely. Strong WI-FI, nice laundry area, and the dining room was perfect for dinners and lots of games! We arrived a day earlier and the owners worked with us quickly to get us in earlier then we reserved. We had zero issues with Green Acres, but with how quickly everyone responded when I had questions when reserving and needing to arrive a day earlier, I feel that the owners would've responded immediately if we needed them. We stayed 10 days and will definitely check availability when we return. Highly recommended!
