Fly-in plats för att bo nära The Villages

Denna vackra plats ligger mycket nära byarna, så all underhållning och affärer ligger inom 10 minuters bilresa. Men du befinner dig fortfarande i ett avskilt område på 5 tunnland.
Alla de stora attraktionerna (Disney, Universal, etc.) ligger inom en timmes bilresa. Samma för butikerna.
Piloter! Flyg till din egen semesterplats eftersom denna Airbnb har sitt eget landningsbanor på 3200 ft. Bind ner gratis.
Arrangemang kan göras för att icke-piloter kan njuta av flygresan.
Eller bara hoppa i poolen och koppla av.

Byarna ligger precis runt hörnet. Så vi har alla butiker och restauranger i närheten. Men när du är på fastigheten känns det som om du är i mitten av ingenstans! Det är en 5 tunnland stor del av en större 80 tunnland mycket med en gräslandningsremsa. På vår 5 tunnland stora tomt finns två hus.

Ingen kollektivtrafik i närheten. Du behöver en bil!

Quiet vacation

Nice and quiet area. House was clean. Manager very friendly but also we had our privacy. Answered any questions we had even recommended a good place for dinner.

Restful cottage.

Loved the pool. My landlord and his wife were so great. I was there a month and enjoyed every minute. Never a problem he couldn’t solve in a minute. My little space was comfortable and easy to keep clean. Just outside the Villages where there is lots to do. You could hardly throw a stone without hitting a church or grocery store. I had my dog who love it too.

Quiet rural property

Very disappointed. House needs to be updated. No mention in the posting of a $15 per day charge to heat their pool which they also use. No mention that pets (we had 2 dogs) could not be on the furniture. The property is connected to the owners house & you need permission to use washer/dryer but it was not a problem. Very uncomfortable living so close to the owner. Very quiet area.

Wonderful VRBO

Caesar was a wonderful and caring host. My fiancé and I had a great time while we searched for our new home. The pool was amazing, the scenery spectacular and the home clean and cozy. We highly recommend Caesar and his home - you’ll have the best time. :)

Spring Training Cottage Stay

The cottage was nice, quiet and quaint with all necessary amenities. Caesar was wonderful about communicating with me, even helping to make sure I got to the property on night 1…calling me from Amsterdam! Absolutely amazing time!

Cute place with Open Space

Our stay was very nice for our needs. We have relatives in The Villages so this worked out perfect. So nice & quiet and my little dog loved it. Caesar was not on the property, but kept in contact and was a great host from afar! Thanks again, would recommend!

Nice location, gracious host

The location is slightly out of the way but not very far from town, if you enjoy your privacy this is a good spot for you. The pool is nice and the property was well kept. Would recommend a stay here.

Cozy cottage!

We stayed at the cottage February and March 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is cozy and so peaceful. We loved periodically watching planes take off and land on the airstrip in the back yard. Ceasar and Ellen were great and have provided anything you would ever need during your stay. The pool was fabulous as well!!! We also enjoyed watching sand hill cranes, those little lizards and the neighbor’s cat!!! Great place to stay!!!

Wonderful place! Especially if you need to get a place close to the villages!!

Thank you so much for such a lovely spot to enjoy while visiting family. We were able to spread out a bit in the covid year but being outside screened in made it a great choice! Perfect location

The Cottage was a great location from the Gulf, the Atlantic, and Disney World. There are great local restaurants. The Cottage was clean, comfortable, and a great space for us and our fur babies. The pool was great too.

Exceptional property.

Caesar was a great host, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He bonded well with my German Shepherd dog, and they became good friends. We had a great time. I rated location a 4, you will have to drive at least 10 miles to a water body or a park, depending on what you like to do or want to see. Close to the villages, but I don’t golf. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Caro Ranch stay

We used this pretty much as a sleeping base, which worked well. It was convenient to stores in Lady Lake, and near the villages. The bed was very good, couch and chairs a bit soft for us, but probably fine for younger folks The area was quiet, a relief after the hurry around Orlando

Flying Palomino Ranch

Neat little cottage on an airstrip. Had hoped to see more activity on the airstrip, but it was a slow week for flying, I guess.
