Perfect appartment for 2+2 adults
Perfect appartment with very high standard and with all facilities you need. Only one comments and this i about the beds -> very hard, we recommended one extra soft bed mattress

Toppen lägenhet
Stort rymligt. Nära till strand, affärer och nöjen. Lugnt område. Fin pool som vi inte använde då havets sköna strand ligger nära. Detta boende kan varmt rekommenderas. Trevliga hyresvärdar.

Fräsch och modern bostad
Med närhet till strand ,affärer och restauranger. Lägenheten var väl-utrustad med allt vad man behövde för semestervistelse. Den hade dessutom en stor terrass där vi kunde avnjuta många sköna kvällar. Lyona o Hans

Great Location
Stayed here with my sister for a week. Cannot beat the location, literally a minute from the beach (lovely small bay next to the Marina). The apartment is specious and clean and the owners could not be more helpful, arranged for a couple of foldaway sun beds for use by the pool or on the beach. Lots of eating and drinking places and a new Mercadona 5 mins walk. Bus and train station both within walking distance. Highly Recommended, thank you

Very nice apartment
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Sie ist sauber und entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in 3 Minuten Gehdistanz. Besten Dank an Evia und Jesus für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and offers every imaginable comfort. It is clean and corresponds to the description. The pool invites you to linger. Beach, shopping and restaurants are within 3 minutes walking distance. Many thanks to Evia and Jesus for their hospitality. We recommend the apartment.

Wonderful apartment
Thank you Evia and Jesus for being a lovely holiday in this wonderful apartment. It was exactly as described on the site and in a great location. Very quite at night but within 3 minutes walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants. We could not have wished for a nicer place to stay and to have better letting agents than Evia and Jesus. We would highly recommend this apartment. We will miss sitting outon the balcony each moring while having breakfast. Lovely apartment in a very central location - April 2019
We (family of 3, incl. a 13 year old) spent a lovely week in this very well appointed and centrally located apartment, which was fitted out with everything you would possibly need for a self-catering holiday. It was perfect for us - a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a dressing area, together with a comfortable twin bedroom with its own bathroom. The lounge is very spacious and just off it is a large sunny balcony with a huge sun-shade. Everything is "just around the corner" - the beach, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, supermarkets, bakeries - but the flat and street are VERY quiet at all times and the surrounding area has a real authentic neighbourhood feel to it. Thanks to Evia's warm welcome we felt at home straight away, and we really enjoyed the provisions which had been put ready for us! We definitely will be returning to Fuengirola and hope to be able to rent the apartment again. Thank you Evia & Jesus - hope to see you again soon!

Very nice stay
The apartment is well situated close to the beach, restaurants and bars but is quiet at night. It is equipped with what a traveling family may need including an abundant welcome of snacks and other provisions. We recommend this apartment to people traveling to the area or looking for a home base while exploring Andalucia. Tip: Double check with the host to see if the pool is open during the time of your stay if that is important to you.

Excellent apartment
Very easy booking. So easy to get to by train direct from the airport. Only a 15mn walk. The flat was very clean and comfortable, it had everything you needed although there wasn't a brolly for the terrace but we requested one and it was delivered to us the next day. The flat is in a very safe location with 3 locked doors to get through before anyone could enter it so no security worries. It's in a very central location just a minute from the beach and restaurants. There are also 2 good local supermarkets within an easy walk. Fuengirola has plenty of bars and good eating places so much cheaper than home. We would definitely use the apartment again should we return.

First Class!
Booking was straightforward, emails answered promptly, and property was easy to find. We were met at the apartment and everything explained - very useful welcome pack was a nice surprise! Excellent accommodation, comfortable,clean and quiet. Everything worked, and there was nothing we lacked. It was November and as expected not particularly hot, and the evenings were cool - the only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a small heater in the sitting room for the evenings. Very well situated, with the seafront and town centre all within minutes walk, and very good restaurants virtually on the doorstep. Overall an exceptionally good apartment with very pleasant owners, and we would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you to Jesus and Evia for making our stay so enjoyable.

extremely clean and well presented property
My husband, mum and I stayed in the property from 15 September 2018 until 22 September 2018. On arrival at the property the first impressions was that the property was well looked after. It was very clean and had everything we expected for a self catering property. It has a very big balcony with a table and chairs and a good chilling area for the evening if you wished to stay in and relax. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in fuengirola. Thank you to the owners.

Lovely modern spacious accommodation
Evia and Jesus could not be more helpful.Evia taxied us from and to the airport at a very reasonable cost.The accommodation was very modern,clean,and having everything required for a great holiday.Just one small complaint,the television had no English channels,but Jesus can downland an app. to your IPhone which you can link to your TV and get all the satellite channels.But we decided to do without and did not miss TV one bit.There is WiFi in the apartment,which was ideal.Overall a lovely couple to deal with,a great apartment and a great holiday,will be back.

A lovely apartment, exactly as described, very spacious and comfortable.
We were a family of three adults and we stayed in the apartment for 16 nights, Jesus was very helpful, meeting us at the apartment and then returning when I had some problems with Apple TV which he quickly resolved. In general it was very well equipped, fresh new bedding and towels including beach towels and plenty of them. The apartment is in a lovely street just a few minutes walk from the beach, it is located in a fairly central area, but far enough from the busy area to be a relaxing holiday. The only improvement would be couple of chairs / beds to make better use of the lovely pool area. We will definitely be back Jesus and Eva, thank you for a lovely holiday
