Villa mit viel Privatsphäre
Super Villa mit viel Privatsphäre. Ein Auto zu mieten ist von Vorteil. Übergabe war perfekt und die Dame sehr freundlich . Kontakt zwar nur auf Englisch aber alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet .

Emplacement idéal mais l'ameublement et la propreté n'ont rien d'une villa 5 étoiles.
En 10 minutes, le ménage de mi-séjour a été fait, sans toucher à la cuisine qui est par définition ce qui se salit le plus rapidement. L'équipement laisse vraiment à désirer. Quant à la piscine nous avons payé pour qu'elle soit chauffée. Malgré cela les enfants n'ont jamais pu se baigner, l'eau étant trop froide. Pour finir, les autres villas alentours étant en réfection, nous avons profité du bruit des travaux. Sinon le principe d'une villa sur deux niveaux avec solarium et terrasse est très agréable.

Not a great experience
We really wanted to like the villa, but feel like it felt short in several categories. The complex where the villa is located is very impersonal, and it feels like just one of many cookie-cutter villas. We were also disappointed that the villa lacked many basics.There was no soap or shampoo of any kind in the bathroom (a small thing, but it made a difference to our stay as we forgot to buy shampoo on our first day). We also had to buy our own salt and pepper, which seemed strange even for the most basic of rental properties. The main bed was really small, and very uncomfortable. It was a full size bed, which is not comfortable for a couple, and the mattress was very thin. What was most frustrating to us was that the jacuzzi did not work properly. The first night we arrived the jacuzzi was set to 29 degrees, and we could not raise the temperature. The next day the maintenance crew had to come by and play with the computer to get it to work, and while it did go up to 37 degrees the next day, the following day it started cooling down again. There were also no instructions explaining how to operate the jacuzzi. The heating in the pool also didn't work, so the water was very cold and not usable given the temperature. When we called to complain the office tried to help, but were very unapologetic about the problems. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at this villa unless the temperature outside is really warm and you want to spend most of your time by the pool or on the roof terrace. But even then, the generic character, and the lackluster service make this place a hard choice. We won't be staying there again. After our stay we moved to a place in Lanzarote overlooking the water that was much nicer, and the rest of our vacation was much more enjoyable.

Good afternoon, thank you for leaving your comments about this property. We can only apologise that your experience in the villa was not up to your expectations. The jacuzzi has a button that needs to be pressed to start the heating process and this is explained in the instruction leaflet for the jacuzzi which you should have found inside the white information folder that is in the villa. With regards to the heating of the pool. This is available at an additional charge which is explained in the email that you received and you were also advised about this in your convesations with this office via email. As you didn´t confirm that you wished the pool to be heated, this was not done. Had you confirmed and paid the extra cost, the pool would have been heated for you. The villa is a private villa and so doesn´t have an onsite service but we do have an office in the same area and a 24 hour emergency number available for our clients. Kind regards Vacanzy Collection

Perfect!
Perfect and exactly as advertised. Lovely villa, great hot tub and nice pool, great outdoor and indoor space. Very clean on arrival and had an enjoyable week there.
