We travel a lot,I must say I'm disappointed:Already, when we arrived, the lady in the reception didn't have time to greet us, she barely looked at us.We didn't receive the bed preferences that we wanted (although I pointed it out in our booking, and in my SPG-profile.This was arranged after 3 days - was a bit messy to have to change rooms when you travel with an infant). I emailed 3 times before we left, to arrange something for our anniversery - never got ANY reply! Eng. is not a language that is spoken by everyone:we ordered room services several times and didn't get what we ordered. When we finally got the room we wanted, the security lock was broken, some of the interior in the bathroom too. Got fixed 3 days before we left (stayed 2 weeks). Had to esp. ask for soap, cups etc. - or it wasn't refilled in our room.You got diff. answers in the reception, depending on who you asked (asked for 3 glasses, one lady told me to take them from a table nearby, while the other one yelled at me for taking them). Impossible to sleep-in in the mornings because of the noise the cleaning ladies make. The baby pool wasn't heated the first day (OK day 2) .The big pools never did get heated, (although the staff insured us they had a temp. of 28 degr.) Some noice from the airport, but it didn't bother us. +: We got up-grad.to a superior deluxe, got a bottle sent to our room, the vice manager does what he can.
