On the first floor, there is an approximately 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cozy sofa corner, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV with Sky; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table for 6 people. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the pond and plenty of morning and evening sun.
