“Le ryokan parfait du début à la fin, on est traité comme des rois. J’ai eu une chambre avec la vue sur le mont Fuji avec le bain privé. C’était relaxant de pouvoir se baigner en admirant le volcan. Tout était parfait, propre. Le repas Kaiseki était gargantuesque et très bon. Le petit déjeuner était a la japonaise donc salé. Dommage que l’hôtel ne propose pas un choix japonais et occidental. Le personnel était adorable. J’ai adoré mon expérience de 2 nuits. Merci à tout le monde. ”

“Pros: Amazing view from the cabin. Service is excellent throughout from check in to check out. Attention to details is great; they remember our room number and daily reservation. Cabin size is on the small side but understandable due to the “glamping” experience it tries to emulate. Speaking of experience, the sweet treats and bonfire night are great. “Bra boende generellt. Det tog ett tag att värma upp huset. Det kalla gav ett sämre första intryck. Det bästa med huset var läget. Väldigt nära sjön med utsikt över Mount Fuji. Jag skulle tipsa värden om att klippa häcken lite mer så att man ser fuji bättre fr vardagsrummet och putsa de fönstrena bättre (se bifogad bild). Vi fick putsa dem själva. Det sämsta var wifi-uppkopplingen. Proceduren var mycket krånglig och nätet väldigt instabilt. Den delen störde oss mycket. ”
