Enjoyed our stay very much! The onsen facility is spacious and clean, our room was quiet and bedding was very comfortable. Their pajamas were most comfortable, wish we have the option to purchase them.

Fristly, when we check in staff arguing first instead providing me pillow that i requested before i camw to Japan. Insteas asking to supervisor she said there is impossible to provide me extra pillow. Our room has been cleaning everyday but toilet and bath did not clean up as i can see mouldy at toilet red colour as we stayed 4 night. Public faiclity does not have towel so we need to bring our towel from our room and i have stayed two different hotel and they provide all towel inside of public bath and we asked extra pillow and there is no complaint or argued to us. Breakfast time is limited time and need to choose time and that my first time need to choose time either beforw 8 pm or after 8 pm.

There area is full of great restaurants within 10-15min walk from the hotel.

하카타역,캐널시티,텐진 등과 가까운 딱 좋은 위치에 있어서 걸어서 여기저기 다니기에 편했어요. 3명이 트리플룸 이용했는데 방 크기도 적당했고, 무엇보다 깨끗했습니다. 대욕장이 잘 되어있어서 하루의 시작과 끝에 온천욕을 할 수 있는 점도 장점입니다. 무엇보다 조식이 일본 가정식을 부페로 맛볼 수 있는데, 가성비 최고입니다. 정말 맛있어요. 꼭 이용해보시기를 추천합니다. 다음에 가족들과 다시한번 와보고 싶은 곳입니다.
