Great spot!
We've stayed at this property twice now, and both times have been wonderful experiences. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stays. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

Loved it!
We loved the house! It was perfect and this will be our go to place to stay everytime we go to Disney! Michelle was wonderful in helping us with an extra accommodation! Great house, location and very warm and comfortable!

Don’t stay here unless you want dried poop on the toilet. Hair in the shower, sheets and bedding. Can’t use the kitchen sink without it pouring all over the floor, dishwasher broken. Master bedroom smells like nasty septic. Made host aware of this and she didn’t send someone within 24 hours. Oh also you pay a cleaning fee but you better wash the 5 towels you get or “the place is disgusting,” what did I pay a cleaning fee for? The host knew what she was doing because now we are unable to receive a refund because we didn’t contact VRBO directly. I’ve tried multiple attempts to get ahold of the host and we have been ignored. Also document pics and videos like we did because she will try and say you broke something. Shady shady shady, do not stay here.

What a mess
Gazebo roof and sides are shredded from the sun. The fire pit has no glass (beads) to cover the element. Yard seating is uncleaned and a mess. The BBQ was dirty. No operating instructions for anything ( I never could figure out how to turn on the fountain) the yard is unusable. There were no living room (red) chairs shown in the pics… only a one couch to sit in the living room. The kitchen was a shambles and dirty. Floors and surfaces were clean but as soon as you open a cupboard or drawer it was a different story. Lots of broken/chipped mirrors and dishes. It’s clear the owner or manager has not stepped foot in this place for a very long time. His house could be great if it was taken care of. They did look after the ant infestation promptly though. Get some current pics before you rent this house.

Renter before us trashed the place
Broken glass, broken cabinets, broken chairs, broken water spiket constant running water all night, mini fridge broken, woke with my kid hold a 3 in shard of broken glass. Outside furniture was torn, grass needed to be cut, cob webs all over chairs. House need a deep clean. All exterior need doors need door sweeps 1 jnch daylight can be seen under all doors. We a had lizards in the house

Thank you for your very nice review, it saddens my that I explained, someone had thrown a party and broken some chairs and you notified me about the glass and you gave me your thumbs up that everything else was okay. Close to Disney
Property was very clean and in excellent condition. It is in a great location if going to Dineyland/California Adventure. Right off of a couple expressway's you can get to about anywhere in the are fairly easily. Rooms were plentiful and comfortable. I would book again if in the area.

We stayed at this property for a 5 year anniversary trip for my daughter receiving a heart transplant. While the property looks nice and it is spacious, it is in need of a deep clean. The owner called us to see if we could check in early to meet with someone who was coming out to check on the AC that she had said had been broken for two weeks. We didn’t mind going early to meet someone at the house but they never arrived at the time they were supposed to. This meant we were getting texts while out for reservations that we had booked for our vacation, seeing if we could get to the house by 830 pm. It was stressful trying to get back to the house but also having a repair man in our house that late. We slept that night without AC as he could not fix the issue. The next night, after a day at Disney to celebrate my daughter, we came home to a mass of ants from ceiling to counter. This was very unpleasant. When contacting the owner, she replied quickly but also let me know the previous tenants would not allow pest control. The property had not been treated for two months. We cleaned up the mess as best we could - my daughters and I but we were uneasy about using the kitchen. The ants kept coming back during our entire stay. It was not pleasant. When trying to work with the owner and requesting a partial refund, which I have never had to do, she quit all correspondence with me. Again, a decent house but in need of some work and some deeper cleaning.

Needs a little help
This house was great for our large group! Plenty of beds. Loved the openness. The listing could benefit from listing all amenities like the wine fridge. The kitchen needs stocked with utensils, storage containers, foil, etc. Would recommend replacing the bunk bed. It's broken and likely to fall. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Great for a Family
We were in town looking at colleges for our daughter. It was a great place to come back to after being out all day. We could lounge in the main room and then head our separate ways to the bedrooms at night. We didn't use the kitchen but it's a perfect set up if we had wanted to.

Great Vacation!
Great experience with this property. The home was clean and just as described in the ad. 5 minutes from Disney huge plus. The home is minutes from everything you need. Restaurants, Shopping, Fast Food, Target, Walmart downtown Fullerton. Great home if you are with a group of adults or like us to families with kids. Great experience we will be reserving this property for our visit next year

Beautiful, well equipped property
This property had everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. We didnt have a chance to use thw yars as it rained almost the whole 11 days we were there. Beautiful yard though! The owner was easy to reach and the communication was good. I/we highly recommend this property and hope to return one day. If anything, it would have been nice to have more than just one sofa for our adult family of 6. Definately need more furniture in the living room, other than that, this is a five star property in my opinion.

Location
Can’t beat location of the place. Was nice and roomy and felt safe. Disney is 11 minutes away. Host was very responsive and good to work with. Ample room for our large party. Great kitchen and hot water was plentiful throughout showers. Comfortable beds. Neighborhood was quiet.

Michelle was helpful in dealing with VRBO With and issue and was always quick to respond. I think Michelle needs to find new cleaning and property managers to support her. She is very kind and don’t wish to give a less than positive review but the house is in need of a deep cleaning. There are some secure and privacy issues that need attention as well.

Owner doesn't seem concerned with safety
-Owner refused to change door code after someone double booked the property. She blames an app for the double booking & I really dont care, I just want security! The other party showed after we were there & had the same check in info, (door combo). The owner refused to change it after my request. Per her, she relied on her insurance policy to keep us safe. The other party sat outside for almost an hour as we were trying to leave the house, this was explained & ignored. My elderly mother felt like she needed to pack all of her belongings prior to leaving the house.. not so relaxing. -All windows were unlocked and unsecure when we arrived @ the property. yes, ALL, windows, zero locked or secured. This was discovered as we were waiting on the double booked party to leave. -Live ammo rounds in a drawer. I've personally rented homes all the way through Alaska on this app, never got ammo with the house. -At least 1 bedroom with no smoke detector, I didn't go looking, just noticed. There may have been more. -Piddly crap; only 1 tv worked properly, remotes scattered & missing batteries, used wash cloth in shower, & I'm sure there was more not worth the text space & alone wouldn't have warrented a review. The owner reminded me that words in reviews can go far as she recommended I do this review. so take my words for what you will, this may be her livelyhood, but its your safety & security.

Big and clean home!
The property was exactly as the photos and super clean. Michelle was very helpful and responsive. If you’re planning to use the kitchen to cook anything, be sure to bring your own supplies because there’s nothing to cook with. Otherwise, this property was great. The backyard was the best part!

Very stressful stay
We were traveling to attend a funeral of our family member's death. It was a very stressful stay. Not enough towel was provided due to the cleaning crew did not finish washing towels.. there were still in the washer. No problem communicating with the manager. She did her best to solve the issues.. but the house came with too many problems (although she claimed everything is new.. ) including no light in the master bath, no towels (a housekeeper came at 9 pm and stayed until 10:30 which disturbed my sleep), no hot water until next day (have to call again next morning), no trashcan in the kitchen (never seen this before). There were still food in the microwave (disgusting) when we opened it on our 2nd day of stay. The management needs to hire better cleaning crew and must have a check-list.. not to rely on their video or photos. Not finishing the laundry and old food in the microwave were just unacceptable. Overall worst VRBO exprience.

Joanne, I’m do sorry for your loss, but you had no idea how to operate anything, this was during the SCE outage, in fact all the towels were in all the bathrooms. You smoked marijuana in every room, trashed the home and because you had told me you had come for a funeral we did not say a word. You called at 7 am and said there was no hot water, and I was shocked because everything in the home was brand new. Sent a handyman in less than 20 minutes to find out what the issue was. Due to SCE (electric company electric outage) the GFCI needed to be reset. Again I’m sorry for your loss but you had no right to trash the home and disrespect the rules as well as leaving an unjust review! Hope you find peace!

Nothing Short Of Amazing!
I have so much to say about our experience! Michelle was quick to respond to me from the moment I booked with her. We stayed a week, Mon-Fri and the experience was more than everything we hoped for. This was the very first time we have ever rented a place like this, and our experience with everything was wonderful! The house was extremely clean. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is so cute, very family oriented. We stayed outback almost every night enjoying the wonderful backyard having our amazing dinners. It seriously felt like a 5 star hotel. I will never forget this place and fully plan to return next year! Michelle had a huge part of making this trip so magical, it was a pleasure doing business with you Michelle! You will not go wrong renting this place for your trip. 💓

Would not recommend it
House is beautiful just like the pictures. The reason I am giving them a 1 star review is because they have roaches inside and outside the house. The House is apparently clean but it was dirty, backyard had death roaches and it was filthy. We told Michelle we couldn’t stay at her place because of the bugs and cleaning issues. It’s been more than a week since we requested our refund and she just keeps blaming VRBO and VRBO is claiming she is not answering their phone calls. We will be informing the authorities of the city of Fullerton about the health concerns of renting a house with bugs.

Franklin arrived at 4 pm and after the use of backyard and the home, i was contacted at 10 pm that there is a cockroach (June bug) in the home and they had let the home. The guest did not wait for us to come out to see what the issue was. When the Housekeeper arrived. The House was used. One of the beds was used.

Perfect location for Disney!
This property looked just like the pics, that being said could use a few small things, ie, somewhere to hang wet towels, wash clothes for kitchen, maybe a luggage rack in the bedrooms, make sure a few extra supplies on hand. All in all great location for our family and it was clean and beds were comfy.

The home was immaculate, in a perfect location, and all the amenities we could ask for. Michelle was a great super host with very quick responses to any questions we had. All beds are very comfortable and the showers might have been the best part! Thank you for letting us stay!
