Wonderful wedding weekend
We stayed in this beautiful home for the weekend wedding of our son. The check-in process and communication with the host was outstanding. The backyard pool and hot tub area was amazing and we spent lots of family time enjoying the space. Our only recommendation is that there’s a larger assortment of glassware and cutting boards. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Disney Graduation vacation

Great family reunion home.
this home was perfect for our California family reunion. It had plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and spread out. The common areas were huge and beautifully decorated. The pool and the hot tub just make it like a retreat. We would definitely consider staying in this location again. Should we ever find ourselves in Anaheim/Fullerton California.

Nice place, lots of rules
The house was a nice space and the pool are was phenomenal. Communication was awesome. The cleanliness was a 3 out of 5 for sure. There are SO many rules and you can’t be outside in the game room or pool area after 10pm or before 9am. The air mattress would not hold air and there was no pump for the ones that weren’t built in. It felt like it was a great home but a large lack of maintenance around the property. The faucets were all loose and mineral deposits all over, beeping fire alarms we had to pull batteries out of, had to call for a new coffee pot bc the one there would not make coffee, water filter was needing replaced in the fridge. There were only 12 towels and 11 people staying for five days. We had to do quite a bit of laundry to keep up with needing towels. I would recommend staying, it great for a large family but if it were cleaned and maintained better it could quickly go from a 3 star property to a 5 star.

Amazing home very close to Disney
Stayed at this beautiful home with a group of 9 adults. The pool and hot tub was definitely the best part of this home! Took advantage of the grill and had a blast on our arrival day for our Disney trip weekend. Our drive to Disney was a 5 minute drive via Uber or Lyft which was another plus! Would definitely come back and recommend!! Thank you!

A great house
Our family had so much fun here, plenty of room to hang out in, the pool was a hit with the Grandkids & the kitchen was roomy enough for all 15 of us. The bedroom & bath in the garage/game room was a bonus we didn't know was there. It's a great place to stay.

LaDonna was an amazing person and was generous the entire time and well with communicating upon booking the stay. Once booked, there are multiple people you will be in contact with regarding whatever you need. The house is huge, comfortable, and the backyard is a hit. The home is extremely strict when it comes to the rules and it’s unfortunate that after 10pm you are no longer allowed outside whatsoever so it sucked having a “curfew” as adults, especially when paying so much for the home, however that is a code in the city of Fullerton I believe and out of there control??? The worse part about the stay and the home is it is covered with insects. It says an exterminator comes twice a week but there is no way! This must be a huge problem because in the HUGE rule book you get, it says if an exterminator is called for “bed bugs” and they don’t find any, you will be charged for it! We originally thought it was bed bugs because my fiancée was covered in bites but we now believe it could have been mesquito bites but also maybe spiders? We probably killed over 20 spiders during our stay and even found a spiders nest with eggs in the closet. I sent all these pictures to there team and nobody responded. My fiancée had over 10 bites along with 6 other members in the house. This was a huge problem because we had kids staying there also. The insect issue at this home needs to be fixed.

Thank you for your review. So glad you had enough space and that the backyard was a hit. City ordinances are out of our control and they are in the listing as well as the contract. So sorry about the bug issue. We have monthly pest control. The whole county of orange has been fighting a big mosquito issue this year. So sorry our staff did not reply. We usually respond promptly. I have apprised our staff of the issues. If you choose to stay with us again, I hope you have a 5-star experience.

Awesome home for large group of people
Stayed for a week with 20 people for a baseball tournament. House is big enough that we never felt crowded, multiple areas for gatherings and sits off the street for some privacy. Backyard, pool and spa were great. Spa was actually at a great temperature we had to turn it off a few times to cool down, but would rather do that then have a cold “hot tub”. Speaking with management was easy and very responsive. Loved the keyless entry, was able to go straight to the property which was great being that I was coming off a 6hr drive. Only minor thing was the sliding doors to the backyard I think are on a timer and don’t unlock till 10am, so I we weren’t able to sit outside with our coffee before the boys all woke up lol. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious kitchen and lovely backyard
This was perfect for a large group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really large for multiple cooks and plenty of places to eat together. The backyard is private and absolutely gorgeous. Theme parks are close. The beach was about 40 minute drive. The neighborhood was nice enough. The house across the street had some sort of construction noise going on at 6am but other than that it was peaceful. The jacuzzi was not warm when we arrived but was promptly fixed for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Fun
The house and property was well maintained and clean. The communication and posted instructions about the rules throughout the house was helpful. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and nice to be in, the neighborhood was calm and quiet for the most part. Some neighbors did have noise and fireworks going off around midnight

Pool lights not working
Stayed 3 nights. The lights of the pool where not working. It was very dark outside to enjoy the night and a swim. I had to call several times to get a response/ get it fixed. We were only able to have the kids in the pool one night due to no lighting in the pool. No good family use for the 2 previous nights. All rules are very exaggerated, no loud music at any time and or noise outside after 10. I got memories from when I used to work at the prison. Rules are perfect for a boring/ super quiet family.

Overall the property was pretty nice, the beds all around were very uncomfortable. The pool lights didn’t work hardly at all and was hard to see at night. The showers could use a little tlc and counter had massive cracks in it. Like I said, overall it was still a nice property and if it weren’t for the beds and pool lights, it would have been much more enjoyable.

Family Vacation!

Fabulous backyard oasis
This was our second time renting this house. It was perfect for our particular group which included three families with young children and four people in their sixties and seventies. The beds are comfortable and the towels plush. The decor is basic and I’d love some indirect lighting in the living room and family room but these are small quibbles. The pool, spa and gorgeous landscaping make this rental special

Great Disney Vacation Location
Two families of four and three grandmas had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this house. Has everything we needed and more. Appreciated use of the strollers at Disneyland and use of the hot tub on our rest/recovery day. If we’d stayed longer or the weather had been better, I’m sure we would have spent more time in the gorgeous yard and patio. The rooms were much bigger than pictured. We were able to fit the air mattress in either of the two primary bedrooms. Great communication with the property management team. Drive to Disney parking was 10-15 min in the morning. Would 100% rent again when traveling with a large group.

Great Family Getaway!
It was time for a family reunion since Covid kept us apart for a couple of years. We stayed at this house for 3 nights. We enjoyed having meals together...the kitchen is a great size with everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the days we were there. The kids had fun playing ping pong and pool. The tables are large, so we could all have dinner at the same table (there were 11 of us). Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to have our family reunion.

Tropical Backyard Makes It Worth Every Penny
Location is minutes from Beach and Disneyland. Loved that. The backyard is unreal. Completely secluded. Hot tub and pool worked great. It’s unreal—tropical plants. Even some shade. Seating for large groups. Tables. Lawn chairs. Chaise lounges. BBQ. We spent all of our time there. A couple of things to note: —the backyard! Seriously unlike anything in the are (and we are originally from this area). —home is SO large! We had 10+ adult kids and never felt crowded. —plenty of pool towels included. —if you are spending long hours at the home, I’d bring books and games. There is the ping pong table and pool table. Those are in the garage extension. Super fun, but not really central to the common area of home. We spent time swimming, but if you are inside for hours, you’ll find yourself with only TV as entertainment. Kinda not our family’s thing. I wish we had brought games. —the washer is SO loud. Like earthquake loud. Even with small loads. If you try to run a load with kids sleeping, no shot. —the water is HARD. We found it difficult to clean dishes. You absolutely cannot drink tap water. We hand washed bc the dishwasher didn’t seem to clean the dishes. (And if you cook, bring some kind of pan spray. The pans are not non-stick. That was a bummer bc we cooked with a large party. Lots of scrubbing.) —check in and check out are easy. (You cannot enter even one minute early due to the electronic nature of check in process. I guess you could arrange this. We asked, but never heard back on early check in.) —we had some questions right when we arrived. We heard back immediately and that was awesome. Especially bc our contact was at a graduation ceremony—on a Friday at 5pm she still called us back! —super clean when we arrived. —the city ordinance for limited outside hours was a bummer for us. We read it in overview of properth, but we didn’t realize how strict it is (like, the video records during this hours: you just can’t be outside.) —another great feature if you have non-swimmers, is that the outside pool door has an alarm. Requirement for city. So doors do not open without sounded an alarm EVERY TIME). There is a button you push to go in an out without triggering that alarm. —on the downside, if everyone swims in your party, the alarm is a PAIN. It’s so loud. So loud. And you have to push the bypass button every time you go in or out from backyard. It’s kinda a bummer. Overall loved.

Beautiful property but needs some little attention
My family plus my in laws stayed here for three days to get away and relax. Communication prior to check in was fantastic. The second we walked in we were hit with an amazing smell of cleanliness and in shock how large the home is inside. Beds were very comfortable and home was everything we were looking for. Only had two issues during our stay. First day we got there (Tuesday) we immediately hit the pool (the reason we chose this house). Pool was completely covered in leaves and palms on the top and the bottom of the pops had leaves and dirt. We spend about 1 1/2 hours cleaning what we could so we could just swim. Same with the spa. The spa was visibly low about a foot below the normal water mark the first day. We called and texted with no reply. Day two the spa was about two feet below the normal level. We got a hold of someone who told us the issue was that we were running the spa and needed to have it off for 3-4 hours and they preferred 24 hours. I requested for maintenance as well as cleaning. The gentleman said he would call maintenance and he cleaned the pool Monday. Within an hour or so pool maintenance came and fixed the issue. Didn’t tell us what it was but said multiple things were not properly working and hadn’t been for some time. Pool cleaner can and once he did a professional job that poop and spa were absolutely gorgeous. Other issue is the washing machine. Even a small load the machine sounds like it is going through an earthquake or about to explode.

Fabulous outdoor space for a large group
We had a bit of a rocky start with the management company and didn’t get info on getting into the house until the day we arrived. The on-site property manager Carolyn was great! We actually got a new dishwasher when we told her that it wasn’t really cleaning. She also got back to us promptly with every inquiry. This was a family reunion so we were at the property quite a bit. The spa and pool are wonderful as is the outdoor eating space. Highly recommended

Wonderful Family Getaway
Property was great for our family Disney adventure. Beautiful pool/hot tub was a hit with kids and adults alike. Large kitchen was great for multiple “cooks in the kitchen!” I would recommend the addition of another refrigerator for a home that is able to host this many people, as well as a 2nd set of washer/dryers. Towel quantity could also be augmented as we are constantly washing them to have fresh/dry towels. Minor improvements, but a wonderful spot and we would stay again in a heartbeat! Amazing property!
We were here with family and the place is amazing! Perfect for all ages. The pool and hot tub are a gem and the yard is huge, both front and back. We spent every day in the game room. Lots of family bonding! The house set up is great for multiple families as there are bedrooms on each side for a little privacy. There is even a separate room in the garage. Everything was perfect, clean and I am already recommending to friends!

Great Place!
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property is FABULOUS! We had 3 families staying here and we did not use all of the rooms. Cooking breakfast was so convenient. We were 10 minutes from Disneyland. Our only regret was not booking a day just to stay on the property and use the pool, spa adn game room. Next time!

Spacious Home for a Big Group, Nice Pool area
The house was really nice & bigger than we anticipated, it fit a large group of us. There were a few issues, most of which were able to be addressed by Carolyn in a timely manner. She was great at communicating with me over the phone & via text for any issues we had experienced. Here is our collective review.. The Good: -The house was very spacious! We enjoyed the large kitchen & the 2 dining tables to accommodate our entire group for meals. --The rooms were a good size for each family. -The kids enjoyed the game room area. -The pool was a great feature for the days we had downtime and yard was really nice. -The driveway was great that it was large enough to fit (2) large vans we rented & it was easy to get in and out of the property. -The neighborhood was decent. -We liked that the rooms were spaced out around the house -Loved the large washer and dryer! -Living room was also a nice size The Downside -Our first night and there was a huge rat in the kitchen while we ate dinner. They sent pest control out the next day to set up large plastic traps around the house. -ALL the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. There was so much build up on them. -The door handle to the game room was hanging, we asked the maintenance to have it fixed. We were told it would be done but it wasn't fixed our entire stay. -The toilet in one of the rooms constantly got backed up. -It took a while to figure out the "door alarms for the pool". Basically they said the instructions we were given were outdated -The sliding door never locked on its own Instead there is a pole in the door to hold it shut. -The water heater broke halfway through our trip so half the house did not have hot water for 2 days. This was taken cared of quickly though! They sent someone out to replace the entire heater. -The jacuzzi (Spa) also wasn't heating for the first few days we were there. After a few reminders to Carolyn, the owner came out one day to check it & it finally worked the following day. So we got to enjoy our last "rest day" in the backyard. -2 of the beds had a big dip in them. And some of the pillows were really uncomfortable, needs to be replaced. -dishwasher didn't really wash well. It left some residue on the dishes so we hand washed dishes instead. Also if there were better lighting in the backyard it would feel safer for the kids at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this rental.

Great Family Gathering
We gathered three generations for a Disneyland vacation at this house. Each family had their assigned room which made it perfect! This house is reasonably close to Disney - only a few minutes drive even in traffic. Our favourite part of the house was the yard - we almost wish we had planned another day just for the yard! The pool and hot tub were spectacular, though deeper than we expected. Life jackets and a few swim toys for the littles were provided which was appreciated. There are lemon, lime and grapefruit trees in the backyard which we enjoyed a few of - hope that was okay! Lots of room for parking. We had 4 cars total and could have parked two more. The garage has pool and ping pong which we used very little - wish we’d had that extra day! The kitchen was missing a few minor things, dish towels for one, but nothing we couldn’t make do without, and had many extras - we made good use of the waffle maker - and also that we didn’t use but could be handy such as a turkey roaster! All in all we were very happy with the house and would definitely rent here again.

Close to Disneyland!
LaDonna & Carolyn were both great to work with and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house is located close to Disneyland, is very spacious and we enjoyed our time together there! Unfortunately, our time was so scheduled that we really needed another day there to try out the beautiful pool. Our next trip to California will have to be longer. Thank you for being great hosts!

If you are in Anaheim… Stay HERE!
LaDonna and her team are amazing host and the house is spectacular! The beds are comfy and clean and the lay out of the house lets everybody spread out. The pool is beautiful and the main hang out spot. The neighborhood is quite and safe. I would stay here every time I am in Anaheim. There was a bad misquote problem in Anaheim at the time but that is not to blame the owners.

Huge House with Beautiful Pool and yard
We needed a big house for our family outing to the Long Beach Aquarium. House was absolutely the perfect size. The backyard pool with a waterfall was awesome. Kitchen had everything you needed! Washer and dryer was a plus. Close to all attractions and grocery stores. TVs in every room; games for kids. We would definitely come back!!!

Perfect Family Reunion Location
Property was just as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool and spa area a lot. House was very clean and modern, with all the towels and paper goods you would expect. We would consider the property again in the future.

Great home, needs deep cleaning
The home itself is beautiful but the showers and handles can be cleaned better, they looked rusted and if there was residue on them from build up. We enjoyed the home until one of our guest saw a rodent inside the home. Everyone was so scared to go to sleep after that. The pictures and listing are accurate and the pool was a hit!
