THE SPACE
The home is furnished with stunning mid-century modern furniture and eclectic touches that evoke the past and present vibrancy of our community. The bright and airy living room contains richly colored plush seating, large a 65" Samsung High Definition SmartTV with a sound bar for watching the big game or winding down with a movie before bed.

The new and reconfigured kitchen features brand new stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of countertops for you to create that perfect meal. The dining area contains a six person dining room table that’s ideal for dinner parties, and the kitchen bar calls for that idyllic cozy and casual cocktail setting.

Our four bedrooms are inviting and feature Zinus premium memory foam mattresses. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The master bedroom contains a plush memory foam King-size bed and has a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower featuring 3D tiles.

The cool pop inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering complete privacy and stunning views of the outdoor from the uniquely shaped pool. Several colorful comfy chaise lounges and garden hanging egg chairs offer you the opportunity to relax and re-energize, while the pergola provides for the ideal opportunity to enjoy breakfast meals al fresco.

GUEST ACCESS
While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
The city prohibits music and loud noise while outdoors. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

What is considered a loud activity?

Good Question! Loud activity is any activity that can be heard by the neighbors. If they can hear it past 10 PM it is disturbing them. So for this reason our home does not allow the following:

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS OF ANY KIND and NO LOUD MUSIC. No gathering outside past 10 PM, this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.

-No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM.

• Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us before their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be fine $1000.00 and lose your security deposit. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests, you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.

Our house has three outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows:
- Camera at front porch/front door
- Overhead camera overlooking the backyard area
- Overhead camera across the pool at backyard area

We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home.

Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited.

Please use the pool safely and at your own risk. There’s no lifeguard on duty. By booking the property you agreed to accept full liability and responsibility for your injuries you may receive by using the pool and hot tub.
