The accommodation features very spacious areas, both inside and in the exterior zone. Very well-lit and decorated, this accommodation consists of three bedrooms, one of them en-suite with a double bed and private bathroom, another with a double bed, and the third bedroom with two separate single beds. The second bathroom, also with a bathtub, is available to all guests of the accommodation.



The living room and dining area were designed in an open-plan layout, very well decorated and filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure a tranquil and comfortable stay.



This is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends of up to 6 adults who want to feel like true locals.



Despite being located very close to the coastal area, the residential complex offers access to a swimming pool on the ground floor of the building, so you can spend enjoyable days in the sun, with friends or family, without having to leave home!



In the same building, and accessible by elevator, you will have direct access to the building's car park. Here you will find your private parking spaces to use if you choose to rent a car. This will always be the best option when you want to explore the other corners of Madeira Island.



Due to its central location, in just a few minutes you can be in the romantic Monte area, in the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos and even at the incomparable Cabo Girão viewpoint, which is the largest cliff in Europe and the second largest in the world.



With the automobile, in just 20 minutes you can visit Ponta do Sol, which as the name suggests, is the ideal place to enjoy a beautiful sunset after a day of walking on our incomparable trails.



Through the expressway, the north of the island is easily accessible to those who do not want to miss a visit to the famous natural pools of Porto Moniz, the beautiful Seixal beach or even the typical Santana Houses.



The Vale Verde Apartment is the perfect starting point for you to get to know Madeira from end to end!



We further inform that, although the accommodation is located at a comfortable distance, occasional noise may occur during the day due to ongoing works in the surrounding area.
