Property was excellent. Location is perfect, not right in the city centre but only a very short walk away. If you’re looking to sit in the sun the roof terrace is perfect with very comfortable and immaculate outdoor seating. Inside the accommodation has everything you need and was absolutely spotless, beds were comfortable and decent quality towels. It is split over two levels but this works well. There were 3 of us and there was plenty of space with two separate bedrooms. The extra bathroom was a bonus. Rosa was an excellent host all communication was good and she also met us at the airport and transported to the apartment. She dropped us off on the way home (at 4:00am) which was over and above (thanks Rosa). If / when we return to Madeira we will definitely use this accommodation it was perfect for our needs. I would not think twice about recommending this to anyone who is visiting Funchal.
