Welcome to Babi by the Sea by Atlantic Holiday, a modern and spacious apartment located in Funchal, Madeira Island. Perfect for couples, families, or friends, this property offers a comfortable retreat with a shared swimming pool and gym within the condominium.



The apartment accommodates up to six guests, featuring two suites, each with a queen-size bed and its own private bathroom with a shower. The living room includes a sofa bed, perfect for two additional guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and other necessary cooking utensils. A smart TV with box, washing machine, and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.



The apartment also features air conditioning and is equipped with a baby cot and high chair for families traveling with small children upon request.



For your convenience, private garage parking is available. Located in a vibrant area, the apartment is close to a variety of amenities, including a beach, restaurants, a shopping center, and shops, offering plenty of options to explore and enjoy the local culture.



Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00. SSmoking is not allowed in the accommodation, either inside or outside the apartment. We provide all bed linen and bath towels for your stay.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
